you missed Ahmed Bun Kabab, probably karachi's oldest bun kabab, situated opposite fresco in a street.
Well there's a debate on that, but yes it's good no doubt
Tipu n Nursery are both overrated. There's a bun Kabab wala opposite Fresco in the gali. Don't know if it is Ishaq or someone else. It is in the gali on a thela n the crowd is crazy for it and it's worth the hype. There's another one called Shani k Bhashani burger who has a thela at Aisha Manzil in the gali of Aga Khan Hospital and man that bun kabab gives the feel of the 90s OG bun Kabab.
Thats babu bhai bun kabab. It's good too, but you should try Ishaq. And yes shani we have tried, it's a good add.

i am from 80s and i am eating bun kababs since then but the taste & aroma i had experienced back in 90s is changed now and i dont know why, it might be due to the taste or quality changed for lentils because we are importing lentils from other counties and not growing our own. generally back in 80s and 90s and initial 2000s channy ki daal and arhar ki was soo yammy and now a days same recipie and same person when cooks it its not producing that taste which i was fond of.

For me, Tipu ruins it by loading it with Coleslaw. I would still rate Nursery higher than Tipu in the battle of "burgerish" bun kababs. Dully agree on Ishaq and Azad bun kababs

You forgot the actual OG Bun Kabab, Babo Bhai bun kabab on Burns Road. They are the best when it comes to Bun Kababs. Please do some more research as you are missing out on major key spots in every video.
