Been doing mine in davinci resolve and premiere pro but this looks so easy in AE, plus it has motion blur, might need to try this.

Hey mate I shoot both 50FPS and 100FPS. Depending on how slow I want the footage.
This footage was shot in 100fps.
Would you suggest Mac or windows for professional after effects work?
Both are great although I have found mac to run smoother with Sony a7siii footage
