I'm Kaio from Italy, a B-boy (breakdancer), athlete and filmmaker.

In this channel I upload breakdance videos and tutorials ..tips on how to learn breakdance ..but sometimes also some other stuff ! :)

great video! just my suggestion: maybe during the one minute rest, you can have text or video/image to show what's coming up next, maybe with step by step on how to do it, or else suggest dynamic stretching etc to do in the rest period?
that's a good idea! yes! in some of the previous follow along videos I made, I used to explain the next move during the breaks :)

Should you focus on 1 thing for say an hour or change things around? Like 20 mins windmils 20 swipes 20 min footwork?
up to you, how you feel better :) usually never practice a move when it starts getting worse, for example: you are practicing Windmills since 20 minutes, it's going good, but at minute 21 and 22 your windmill start getting worse. In this case you should change the move :)
