In the wake of your Gourmet Race remix just now, I think this track really holds up well despite being three years old almost. I really respect that the depth of these remixes has stayed consistently amazing for so long. I recommend starting with Kirby SuperStar Ultra. It's not really that hard, but very fun, very colorful, and comes with several different stories to play, plus a few surprises. I've played it like 20 times, and I always enjoy it. It's worth ordering online if you can't find it in store.
