    Yay new videos on your vlog channel :) and I finally have time again to watch and comment on your videos, it's been a while! Hope you enjoyed your first week so far. As I commented before on Insta classy way to drink wine haha how did you end up using mascara to open the bottle? :D the way you said "I am wearing basic shoes....because I am basic" cracked me up. The amount of sodium in food over there surprised me as well. Keep vlogging :3

      @HoneyBii  8 років тому +1

      Yay thanks for watching!!
      The mascara tube was thin enough and long enough to help push the cork through the neck of the bottle :) And ya, sodium in pre made food is something to take note of here thats for sure.

    I'm so thrilled and happy to see you doing so well, and being happy, and hanging/living with Kim! I've been following her UA-cam, since... right around when she started it, I think? She may actually remember better than me, and she's a huge part of the reason I finally started feeling comfortable enough to start wearing more feminine clothing. I was always super tomboy/butch chick through primary school, cause it was how I toughened myself up against all the bullying I went through. Plus, I went through a really rough period with gender dysphoria, and I almost transitioned to male at one point. But for me, it ended up being more about society and people making me feel uncomfortable for being female, and liking females. I'd always been big in visual kei style clothing(grew up listening to Japanese rock music), so that was very much the style I stayed in, because it made me feel more comfortable. So pretty grundgy, punk, goth style of dressing. Once I started becoming comfortable with the fact that I was biologically female, and identifying that way(through the help of my boyfriend who is the ONLY male I have ever been with, and my very close friends), I realized that I actually really did like a lot of the feminine clothing designs, like lolita, gyaru, fairy kei, moe, etc. That was when I found Kim's UA-cam, and this brand she was always loving called Liz Lisa. I LOVED the clothes, but always felt like no one would be accepting of me wearing that, cause it's not what they were used to seeing from me. My boyfriend and my best friend saw this, and they managed to work with a friend of mine in Japan, and got me a Liz Lisa dress that I really liked. So Kim opened some major doors for me to be able to grow, and let myself be open to letting myself truly be able to wear what I wanted, when I wanted, and be open about myself, not just with other people, but again, with myself. So I am eternally grateful to her for that. And she's really just such a lovely person, so I'm glad you are with someone like that ^.^ On a side note, you guys tried so hard to MacGyver that wine bottle, you poor things! XD I'm assuming it's from the Odigo travel spot Kim went to with Chris. I really don't like wine, but I think this is one I'd be willing to try from the way you described it. Can't wait to see the haul video, and all the videos to come! Best wishes!

      Aww you are so sweet and that means so much!! Thank you for all your support throughout the years, I'm so happy that I was able to help you out! Keep being who you are and never change for anyone else!
      And yes! The wine was from the Odigo travel spot in Yamanashi haha. We wanted to have a classy night with wine but 5 minutes later we were both on the floor trying to open it xD hahaha

    • @sheikahchic
      @sheikahchic 8 років тому

      +kimdao Happy to be supporting an awesome channel, run by an amazing person. ^.^ I'm still heavy in visual kei, cause that's just something I really love, and use it to express myself a lot. I just realized that I could wear whatever I wanted, and didn't have to live up to anyone else's expectations, thanks in large part to you. ^.^
      Haha yeah, thought it looked like the wine you got there. Hey, you girls got it open, and that's all that mattered!
      Also, +Biibiibap, if you want to know more about vegan options around you, I recommend asking +SharlainJapan, if you haven't already. :)

    Protip for opening wine without a wine opener or any other tool: push the cork into the bottle :)
    Learned that in my desperate days of wine drinking hahaha

    I literally went through that whole wine bottle opening issue a couple days ago and thought, 'no one else would do this x.x am i this desperate for wine?' WELL I feel better now haha! I didn't have a screwdriver, so I ended up making a small hole in the cork -_-

    just to let you know, the soba noodles just contains 80%wheat, otherwise it would be more expensive....and it is hard to find 100% healthy soba.
