So, I know I'm late to the party, but in my defence I only just discovered these vlogs! I've eeked them out over a 2 week period, and I have to say that I've thoroughly enjoyed them, didn't want them to end! It was so nice to see you out of the 'Disney bubble.'
I have visited DW on 6 occasions, and DL in Anaheim more times than I can remember! However, I cannot watch, either 'live' streams or vlogs, coming from the parks, atm. Just finding it all so boring, and I never thought I wold say that! It's like 'circling the drain." The only two places I'm always happy to view is Epcot, especially when there is a festival, and Disney Springs. Window shopping through a 10.5 tablet!
This is why, for me, seeing your vlogs was such a revelation, and so refreshing. I've said it before, but as I'm an 'oldie,' and we're known for repeating ourselves, I want to reiterate what a lovely, 'down to earth' family you are. Credit to you and Jim for the way you've brought up Jimmy, he's growing up to be a lovely young man.

Many thanks Steph, Big Jim and Little Jim for all your blogs from your holiday. As always, informative and funny 😁. I know everyone's different, but for some reason, I just didn't find Yas Island at all attractive. Ferrari World left me completely cold, as did the beach, and there were only a few things about WB world that I found attractive. I don't know if it was the fact that everything was indoors, or the lack of crowds left the atmosphere feeling flat, but I just couldn't get enthused by the attractions. I will say the flights, hotel and the Water park all looked good - though the water park still didn't have any atmosphere I thought. I must say I was surprised at how much cheaper everything seemed compared to the UK - I'd assumed it would be much more expensive!!
As I say, it's just my feelings, and is certainly no reflection on the quality of your videos!! I'm glad you all enjoyed your stay there, but I don't think I'd visit there.
Where is your next holiday going to be? As always, can't wait to see your videos from the next destination 😁.

Hi Peter, it's a shame that some of the videos have given that impression as we genuinely had the best holiday of our lives there. WB World is genuinely one of our very favourite themeparks on earth. @@TheDespicableThree...oh jeez.... I didn't mean to suggest that your videos were in any way deficient - on the contrary, they were as great to watch as ever. I don't know why, but it just seemed to be lacking "something"...and I can't put my finger on what it was. Maybe the rides weren't as thrilling as I like, or maybe it's just that, like you guys, I'm an old Orlando hand, and my preference is more outside rides? All that matters is that YOU had a great time!!!

My daughter is turning 13 and she is unsure whether she will do all the mazes as she’s a bit scared. Haha. We are on a family holiday and my mum will stay with her as she isn’t too bothered about them either.
Are some of the rides open on HHN nights so they have things to do if they don’t want to do all the mazes?
Fantastic & nice to have the option. Usually RRR is open and Transformers and you can enjoy Diagon alley (much, much quieter than during the day) & ride Gringotts too 😍

Loved your series as we were there when you started showing the vlogs so they were very helpful thanks! How did you find the airport security? We couldn't believe it. They didn't make us separate anything! Didn't care or even ask about liquids and when our bags went through the scanner the security man was playing angry birds on his phone and not even looking at the x-ray 😂
Playing Angry Birds has cracked me up 😂 . We had heard about the liquids and apparently that will be a thing at most airports pretty soon due to some tech advance or other.
We're desperate to go back but will probably wait for the Harry Potter land. Would you return? x
@@TheDespicableThree certainly more chilled out than uk airport security put it that way 😂 we stayed just outside of yas in the Al Raha beach hotel. I would love to go again but maybe stay on yas. Id love to see the Harry potter expansion and we were gutted we just missed the opening of SeaWorld. I think they're planning some pretty cool coasters in the future!

Me and my wife loved your Abu Dhabi Vlogs and you said in one of your Vlogs to let you know how we got on.
We just came back from Dubai staying on the Palm.
OMG and beyond.
Hotel was the best we have ever stayed in 5* and this from someone who has been to Florida 14 times since the mid 90s.
The palm and the Dubai city itself has a good metro system one runs from Airport to Expo 2022 28 miles apart and the palm metro runs through the palm about 4 mile but not connected.
We used UBER a lot and very cheap for both.
The city is not for walking ie you see Vlogs and it makes out you can walk from the palm to Burj Khalifa or marina or vice versa not a chance. It’s like going from Liverpool to Manchester in a Uber 20-30 minutes but cost about £10 👍👍👍👍.
Motiongate what can I say about this theme park it’s got some really good rollercoasters but it’s like they have started to give up on the place ie the 4D rides no 3D glasses given out they say you don’t need them but the screen you can see is blurred and the one ride they did give glasses out the Kung fu panda glasses not working or picking up 3D and loads of people complaining about it when exiting the ride. When getting a UBER to the theme park order it for Riverland and not Motiongate as it will drop you off in the service ie we’re the staff entrance is a good distance from main entrance and member of staff told us “you need to order it to Riverland” for Motiongate and Legoland. Riverland separates Motiongate from Legoland.
Is Dubai cheap well we were half board and this included all teas, coffee and every soft drink.
So we did not have to spend any money on food apart from when we were out the hotel and the prices seemed cheap.
We are booking for next year but will do a day at Abu Dhabi just for the New sea world that has opened.

@@TheDespicableThree yes it is a weird feeling walking round the theme park.
In the middle is Riverland and the other parks ie Legoland, motiongate and Bollywood branch off.
Bollywood was closed when we went.
There is just shops and restaurants in Riverland but they look like there false fronts nothing open. Everything is well kept and clean.
In Motiongate the Dreamworks indoor area is themed brilliantly but the restaurants just sell Indian food and look like they don’t want to be open if you know what I mean. Wast eating area but little number of staff ????.
I was told a Indian company had took it all over so maybe that why.
As for Dubai I would advise anyone if you can to visit the City it is so vast and lots to do and see.
Be prepared if your late for the Burj Khalifa to the top they will not honour your ticket. We were late by a hour and a bit cause of the metro breaking down and was told they give a 30 mins time slot. We got 50% of the ticket price back but would of preferred going the top and the line to wait is well over 2+ hours just for the lift if you don’t get there first thing.
Blimey, if we do book Dubai in the future I will definitely pick your brains if that's ok. It sounds a lot more hectic than Abu Dhabi and we already want to go back there
The new york starbucks mugs are actually all different depending on neighborhood. There's one for times square, chinatown, little Italy, Coney Island, basically every part of new york you see it. Honestly if you want you could collect them all.
I used to collect an Adidas NY range of trainers that had a pair from each neighbourhood. Staten Island (White & Green) were my favourite 👌👟
Aww you all looked so flat in this vlog, little Jimmy’s face at the airport 😢 It’s a rubbish feeling checking out and the last day being in limbo waiting to go home. Were you not able to keep your room for a further day due to check out midday and not flying till the following morning. That’s our concern and wondering wether to add a further day to our stay has we are booking flights and hotel separate for Mid March 25
I can't recall if we asked or not bug we were happy enough enjoying our last few hours. It's a great place 😊
Can I ask what how you booked the taxi for airport did you just jump in one waiting outside ?

Hi, the hotel lobby ordered the cab for us. On our arrival we just jumped in one outside the airport. We stayed Bed and Breakfast and genuinely our favourite ever hotel.

@@TheDespicableThreeThis episode made me think about when I went to the maldives when I was six, I flew to Abu Dhabi from Manchester and stayed there for three nights, then went to the Maldives for a week, flew back to Abu Dhabi for another 3 days, then went back home, it was quite a while ago, so the prices are definitely higher 😂. However, it will still hold a special place in my heart and all of the memories will stay with me. The locals are really nice to 😁
Now that sounds like my kind of itinerary. The Maldives looks beautiful 😍
We work in Qatar so flew to Abu Dhabi after seeing a couple of your vlogs. We enjoyed WB but still not a patch on Disney World in my view. Although the slides and raft rides seemed better than in Disney. It's still Florida all the way - for us. Shame about the cost to go there.
Hi Kim, we absolutely loved WB World and I think the Harry Potter expansion will be a game changer for that park. Orlando is special to us but we did fall in love with Yas Island and how clean and safe it felt 😊
Wondered we’re you were , Florida getting expensive and just other issues , going on never realised how many attractions watched one vlog Dubai highest infinity pool looked fantastic and not that expensive food drinks etc
We would go back to Abu Dhabi and Yas Island in a heartbeat and next time we want to visit Dubai for Motiongate 🤞
