Create for me. I’m expecting my first, so literally creating life. But also creating a new identity as a mother. Create opportunities. I have to rethink my work because my job is not enough to pay for daycare and everything else, so creating new opportunities for wealth, job satisfaction and security. Thank you for inspiring me to pick a word!

I delight in God's Sabbath. It is the one day of the week where we have a sit down meal. Afterward we dim🔅our lights in the living room get comfy in our couches n listen to Adventures i Odyssey .yep! At our age we are still listening to new episodes 👂 n delight in the life lessons it conveys through the drama stories it has been a wonderful resource.

Our family word is 100% HEALTH! We struggled hard in the last quarter of the year.

I turn 40 this June as well😁 and I might borrow your word for the year. As soon as you said it I thought "That's it! That is what I need, what I've been missing-delight in the day to day, delight in my people, and delight in God." This has the potential to be a big year, our oldest is a senior but our youngest is 3, lots of changes taking place that I won't get in to but through all of it I can take delight in things around me❤thank you.

My word(s) are "habitual progress" this year. I normally have my word by the beginning of December, and it just seemed like it wasn't coming to me this year..... and then it just popped up and wouldn't leave my head a couple days before new years.

@@ashleighnicolewilson come to think of it, probably a lot of people do. I've lost sight of journalling and gratitude and I've taken to shopping - way, WAY too much, my spending has gone to a situation I can definitely get back from, but idk how it got where it is, my bible is dusty, my gut is big, my home is in a permanent state of chaos....
