Please note, while using a wood burning tool, to have a tempered glass cutting board over your mat when cutting so that you don’t melt your mat, and cut in a well ventilated area and/or wear a respirator. You are burning plastic when cutting and there is smoke that occurs.

You will need 30 10" cuts total of each color of mesh.
18 cuts will be used of each color mesh for the pinwheel petals, the rest is for the single petal folds for around the center.

I love the look of the pinwheel wreath! How do you get the innermost layer to lay down properly. I can't get mine to lay properly!
Thank you 😊 Make sure you place them close enough so you can overlap each petal with the other. The petals overlapping helps keep them down.
I love this! I made this with the same mesh but burgundy instead of purple cause I couldn’t find it! Quick question for you, can you do this same wreath with poly burlap do you think?
Yes I believe you could do it with the poly burlap. It’s thicker so you would use less.

I have an old glass refrigerator shelf covering my mat. Yes it will melt your mat you need something over your mat when cutting.
Hi! What if I wanted to use an 8 inch wreath form. ?
This is done on a raised form, if you want to do it on an 8” just use less mesh.

I haven’t but you could. Would be smaller petals. Maybe good on an 8” frame. Cut them 6x6”

Just put the center on last to make sure it covers the zip ties.
