@@LucasTCaceres4253 The only effective way for him to use real coffee like that is for him to brew some and then use a vacuum pan to reduce the liquid without cooking it. Cooking brewed coffee destroys the flavour and makes it taste awfully burnt and bitter. It's why for dalgona coffee you can’t use real coffee.
Unsweetened chocolate is BITTER. And by bitter I mean BITTAH. Even the darkest chocolate that you buy in stores is usually 75% chocolate, because the caoco beans are really, REALLY bitter.

Hi! I’m a new UA-camr and was hoping I could have a little support! I started about 2 years ago and have already grown a successful amount! I do lots of cool vids and love and notice every single subscriber, thank you!
You get the cacao nibs once you've baked the cacao seeds that you fermented. You then peel the cooked skin off the seeds and steadily and slowly blend them until they come together giving you a smooth and velvety consistency. You then take that, allow it to cool slightly, then pour it into a chocolate mould and put it into the fridge until it completely cools down and sets and you get a chocolate bar. That chocolate bar makes the best brownies, if you can wait that long. Otherwise, you can just buy the chocolate outright and pure cocao powder and make the brownies that way, at least you won't have to go through all that process to get the chocolate or cacao powder.
Maybe he records more than one clip a day. Or has multiples of the same shirt. Or he cleans his clothes like the majority of the population. Or he doesn't sweat too much so he doesn't mind wearing the same shirt for a week straight

When I go visit Trinidad, we will always pick it fresh from the forest and then make it into hot chocolate or “cocoa tea”. We do this thing called “sweating” the cocoa too. It tastes a bit different homemade, but I like it.

Instant coffee helps to enhance the flavour of the chocolate.
You can’t just dump regular coffee in boiling water. He perhaps could’ve used coffee instead of boiling water though.
