- This run can be described by the phrase "I've made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgement" because I kept choosing whatever E.G.O gift I wanted without considering the enemy buffs, which resulted in level 70+ bosses by the last 2 floors

Honestly this final boss seems super fun, I got Skin Prophet and it was nightmarish lmao
is it that bad on MD3H? I've only done one run so far
@@RezyGD Granted I’m not a very good player but a big part of it for me was how much you’re punished for using AoE attacks- when the candles are snuffed the Prophet counters any AoE you do for them, and when the candles are lit they’ll counter, which does a lot of damage and inflicts burn. It makes using AoE ego, especially Fluid Sac, really annoying since in a turn or two you can get up to 24 burn potency and 5 count on a character which is hard to heal off since, well, AoE. The Prophet’s skills are… mostly fine, they rolled 23 or 24 max with the buffs I had. Big issue is the mass attack, I don’t know exactly which one was the troublemaker but it was a 7-weight negative coin base 31. In both of my attempts (win included) I couldn’t beat the second coin (thanks Ishmael) and even the one coin easily did 40-70 damage to my entire team. It wasn’t nearly as bad as it could have been, I just had more trouble since I went in with a lot of AoE ego and my only other heal ego besides Sac was level 1 rosespanner meursault (for Rest Bonus) with Pursuance

@@RezyGD sorry I kinda ranted bro traumatized me 💀 it’s definitely doable if you bring 1-2 weight ego, I sharded Yi sang dimension shredder immediately after the run lmao
@@DistressedCrab luckily I have D.S but I think this run would've been ruined if I had gotten Skin Prophet instead, since lantern was the only healing ego I could use with the cinq

Tbf, before Cinqclair it was practically just NClair (And Talisman if you are a Rupture enjoyer)
The rest are mid to bad

it was like 4 am so I didn't notice my volume was low
I am confused he got blown up with 400+ dmg. Like how??
what happened is that I had the Special Contract E.G.O gift, so when Outis staggered him he took 1/3 of his body's max hp as fixed damage

it's fun, I like how most of the difficulty comes from what E.G.O gifts you choose on the previous floors, I might try more runs next week, since I'll be going on a vacation until monday
