    Workout Plan:
    Behind the Neck Press: 5 Sets x 5 Reps
    Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 5 Sets x 5 Reps
    Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 5 Sets x 5 Reps
    Alternating Dumbbell Front Raise: 5 Sets x 5 Reps
    Shrugs: 5 Sets x 5 Reps
