15:15 : Another thing I love about Tokyo Rickshaw is their respect and consideration for their fellow Asakusa workers. The patrol officers, the restaurant owners, even the drivers from other companies. They never fail to salute and have a word for them. Also, on crowded days, they announce their presence and always thank tourists and pedestrians as they pass through. Kobo-chan sure knows her stuff. Awesome list of recommandations so far. I heard those names many times before but I'm gonna be taking notes and mental pictures of all those sweet spots from now on. Very precious vid in that regard, yet again.

I haven't had monjayaki. It seems similar to British "Bubble and Squeak". Instead of water batter, it is mashed potato that binds the vegetable and/or meat. Also aimed to serve slightly caramelised.
It's more a home cooked and very unlikely to find in a restaurant.
