She's smirking and smiling because she got busted! She thought she would outsmart the DA and jail staff! (If you ask her, she's the smartest person in the room).
Jesse knew there were cameras there though, she’s the one who literally challenged the State to view the cameras, she always thinks people won’t follow up and of course they do and she always gets busted… she’s the worst!
This is the jail where they await trial so not convicted criminals but charged criminals. She will be going to a much worse place! Don’t worry about that 😂😂😂
I'm watching this now and thought to myself this Judge looks familiar, reading your comment I remembered her, Judge Jennifer Dorow of the Darrel Brooks case 😂😂 Bet that's a case she will never ever forget 😂😂😂
It's also not a mysterious envelope, it's proof that she mailed the letter that delayed her sentencing to someone asking someone on the outside to help her fake evidence... if you watched the trial, or the sentencing, 'mysterious' isn't the correct description they knew exactly what it was when the looked for the video after she was convicted.
Thirty years in the slammer before being eligible for parole will take some wind out of her sails, but we all know this woman will be dangerous to the public until the day she dies!
I think she got exactly what she wanted with this stunt... delay her ultimate fate of going to prison for the rest of her life by a few months.... and if by some "miracle" she had gotten away with it, use it to appeal her conviction, which would've ultimately failed.
all jail have different types of pods with security and housing.. Shes low risk offender with them...violent offender will have single cell or share room
Look up the podcast (that chapter) a guy named Mike tell you all you need to know. And what was on the letter He named it ( when directives realise she framed her friend) or something like that
Hi look up the podcast (that chapter) a guy named Mike explains about the whole case and what was on the letter. He called it ( when directives realise she framed her friend
It was a letter she wrote (she said she didn’t) that basically accused her lawyers of misconduct. She wanted to delay her sentencing so she wrote this letter with detailed information about the case and had it mailed to a friend. That’s how the attorneys were replaced. They called the bar association and were told it was in their best interest not to represent her.

Just an observation- that looks like a pretty decent jail for a murderer to be in. I wouldn’t be able to sleep.

@@nickyb7266 seriously thank you for saying that😂!!! I was already worried that she’d get to live a life that she absolutely doesn’t deserve!
This is why she wanted to stay in jail as long as she could. Now it is Prison time. Way different.

I thought outgoing mail was checked as well as incoming mail?
Since when do you get to keep your cell phone in jail
Times have changed
I think those are I-PADS not cellphones but I'm not sure.
Did your parents have any children that lived?
-my kids have paws ... !-
It’s a tablet not a phone.

Wow thats the nicest jail pods or buncks ive ever seen 😂❤
Does that jail pod have carpet?
Yes nicer carpet than my apartment 😂😂😂
And ipads, I’m law abiding citizen and I just bought me one last month, I wish I had carpet in my bedroom…… nice and cozy😮

She will be transferred from that jail and placed into a prison. So things won't be so nice where she's going.
That looks like a pretty clean county jail. I still couldn't imagine living in that room for years waiting for trial.
That jail looks better than my little house here in Zimbabwe 😢it has nice carpet nice showers heat, AC, iPad etc
