6 medium plantain(Unripe)
4 tablespoonfuls ground crayfish
2 seasoning cube
1/2 cup palm oil
1 medium onion
2 medium dry cat fish
3 sizeable stock fish ear/flesh
Fresh Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
3 handfuls shredded ugu leaves/ Fluted Pumpkin
