MAB the same way. Honestly they are all similar at that level (but very good). Btw, you nailed his sound and technique, great job! Now do how to sound like Shawn Lane 😅
That's one guy no one tries to replicate as it's beyond everyones abilities. I saw a guy Roy or ray marchbank or something who could play lane as good as lane. But he devoted 12-14 hours a day for a decade to do it
@@joshmuz9018 Absolutely. He was taken from us too soon.... At least we have Guthrie Govan and Ray Marchbank (although I prefer Guthrie). Still can't believe we have lost Shawn and Allan Holdsworth.... Two of the greatest to ever live....
He was a game changer in 84 that's for sure. Have you heard Cesario Filho's Far beyond the sun cover. So perfect yngwies mgmt blocked it. My favorites now are Andy Wood and the amazing Max Ostro!🥰🤘
@@AmarAlhoch it was arguably the best cover I've heard of any cover. He definitely has young, hungry Yngwie's ability prior accident down pat. I was a teen when all those Mike Varney greats came out. I still have the original Impellitteri EP on CD. My favorite is probably Mind's Eye by Vinnie Moore. These guys and UA-cam certainly paved the way for shredders I believe. Sorry for the long rant. Troy Grady's Cracking the Code series is awesome if you haven't checked it out. Anyway, you're no slouch either my friend. How do I get your material? You're an inspiration to me... to throw my guitars away🤣 Rock on amigo! 🤘👍🇲🇽🇺🇸
@@adrianlimon7974 Yeah, he's amazing. I have listened to him play but I've never listened to that cover. He has that style down! Haha you can find my music on any platform. Feel free to Google my name to find all those links 😄
It's Funny, he might be this God of a Guitar Player but I couldn't tell you any of his Songs. It all sounds the same. I could though tell you Megadeths latest Song though The sick the dieing and the dead 👊😎 check out that new song they just dropped! Wow it's so good! I can see you playing it
Haha well he has a very distinct style. He is pretty much a genre in himself 😄 I think it's just about what you are used to listening to. I'll take a listen 😃
@@AmarAlhoch oh yeah I bet you'll love that new Megadeth song. It'll take someone like you to play it. Oh I messed up the name. The album is, the sick the dieing and the dead. The song is called We'll be Back. They have a Video it for it.
@@AmarAlhoch as defined! Fingers picking! Watch EVH when he plays the part on Eruption on low E string. He just uses a pick and all wrist. That is tremolo picking.
I disagree. I think Amar is every bit as technically gifted as Yngwie maybe even more so. But I respect your opinion. There are a lot of people who can play like Yngwie, Michael Angelo Batio, Steve Vai, Joe Satriana , Paul Gilbert , etc, etc. Very few can play like Shawn Lane or Guthrie Govan tho
@@davyboy9397 He may be but there's only one YJM! Amar knows this. Eddie said he studied Clapton several hours a day yet he knew he didn't sound like him, or could.
@@98danielray I will say, Paul Gilbert does have the leg up among his contemporaries. I forgot to add John Petrucci to the list lol. But I think he is slightly overrated honestly
The neck malmsteen plays on is a scalloped neck it's going to give you a different sound all you need to do is learn harmonic minor scales and different scales at a slow speed and then work your way up using a Metrodome it's not that hard it's just boring I'm 58 and I was doing this back in the '80s when I played guitar
Sounds too polished for Malmsteen. Dead on for Petrucci though. Love it.
Good point! Thank you!!🙌
Man, your picking speed is crazy 🔥
Thank you! 🙌
Very impressive how you can accurately pick that fast too rock on man🤘
Wow you are a heck of a shredder :D

Where can we hear the full song, this is too good 👍🏻 🤘🏻 🤯
This was just a short solo for the video. 🤘🙌
❤❤❤
WOWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! awseome
That’s more like Michael Angelo Batio.
MAB is awesome 🔥🔥
Na more like prettuci. Prettuci is one of my fav players because of his melodic playing.
super percise
Thank you 🙏
Bad-ass

It's Purple Plectrums. I mostly use the Apollo models. 👌👌
What Gauge strings are you using pls?
I'm using the Amathyst set from The String Source which is a unique 9-44 +60 for the 7th string

Even close to YJM.
Sorry

So accurate. Literally before I even read what the video said, I thought that must be malmsteen
