Is it called cryptocoryne wendtii pink panther or flamingo??
I asked for the bird and the shopkeeper was like, ohh that's a rare cat, you've gotta pre-order. I was like no cat, I want the pink bird. He was like ok! When I go to collect it, he says ohh your cat's here....😑🔥
Anyways they are definitely rare, I got them just today!! Love the color, the contrast with monte carlo is just absolute. Also with red background plants it helps in grading the colors smoothly.
I got a ADA TC for 210 rupees, that's like 3 euros! Guess it's cheap from I come from.

Hi I'm not having a got at you or anything just pointing somethings out for beginners trying to grow this plant. Some people call this plant pink panther..while others call it pink flamingo.. your pink panther looks different to my flamingo. your plant has a long branch with oval pink leaves growing higgledy-puggledy all over substrate, where as my flamingo grows long pointy leaves in a rosette. ● Lot of plants can grow without co2, but co2 helps plants grow quicker. For a beginner be careful when using any plant specific substrate, as they can leach lot of nutrients into the water causing different algea and free floating bacteria blooms ect white out or green water. When I first started in the hobby I of cause didn't know anything or did any research. I just copied a hobbist on youtube. Well he used amazonia so i used amazonia 2 which has less nutrients in it but still more than other variety they sell. I didn't know for the 1st month you're suppose to do lot of water changes to rid your tank of excess nutrients. So i ended up with diatom algea all over my glass and an bacteria bloom. i couldn't see in my tank at all. Now I'm more experienced. What i'd do different if i ever use amazonia again is.. Use fast growing plants especially fast floating plants. Aswell as do the daily water changes, each week you do less than the week before till you're down to doing just one water change a week. You have to keep an eye on your parameters. as most plants like stable conditions. people who just 'wing it' so to speak..that's just luck and not a hard an fast rule. I grow mine in an almost enert substrate with co2 and chihiros wrgb 2 med-high light. my substrate is Seachem flourite black sand. It is a porous clay , the size of a grain of sand. why it's semi enert is that it absorbs nutrients from either water column or root tabs and distributes them evenly to plants over time. Being a porous class it is a home for bacteria. ●I rate this plant a medium level plant- you need to know about lighting and nutrirnts to establish an equlibrium balance ( light is on par with ferts) The key is ■ strong light( enough light but reduce light by an hour if you getting algae. crypts are root feeders so give them ■lot of root tabs- I use Seachem root tabs. ■stable water parameter ■ They don't like to be moved once planted.■ Don't make big changes in the tank otherwise you'll get problems. If you're going to increase increase lighting then do it gradually over time. pkants take a few weeks to adapt to changes. Goodluck
