@Serenasailor You are really confused. He was the Chairman in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana. I know that my grandfather worked for no money for three years busting his butt for the people of Avoyelles. No. He did not mistreat African-Americans. He treated them as the humans they are the same as whites. Shame on you for making such a hasty judgment.
