I do professional trick pulling, with two and 4wd’s if you can find truxus sts tires they will almost always increase your distance. It seems to be the tread pattern that runs across the tire that makes the difference.
As a 2 time winner sled pulling at Indy I would recommend bfg all terrains. Won diesel extravaganza 4 times on bfg at’s can not do any burnouts with them though or they loose their good edge. Only time they suck is if the track is muddy. Then your tires would be much better but hard clay you would be toast with your tires.

I would really appreciate it ... 1. 2021 Ram 3500 Ho black out( mpg ) 2. 2022 Ford 450 limited 6.7 (mpg) 3. 2022 Ford 450 limited 7.3 ( 1500 hp) 4. 2021 Ford Shelby Baja 250 (tune) All options plan on adding 150 gallon fuel tank and reserve.
@@dibcrayron personally if you are towing that heavy and all you are doing is towing, I would go with the Ram 3500. Without a doubt the Ram definitely tows the best. The Ford in my opinion does the best around town and unloaded. I felt like the 10speed Ford trans didn’t have good towing logic and the Fords exhaust brake is no where close to the Ram in effectiveness

When i build custom tabs and need to do a bunch of the same ones i will stack the plates squared up then clamp then tack weld all the layers together. It's pretty common to do that and then mill or drill the stack to save time on machining jobs and bang out a bunch of the same parts without setting up for every individual unit. I hope someone finds that useful for down the road

She's coming together nicely. Glad I'm not the only one who plans things out 10 times before jumping off the edge. A lot of fabrication is making things fit where they can and that makes sense layout-wise. I can see the excitement level you have about all of this. What is this Team Todd nonsense with Myer? Is he dropping team wirefire?
That's all those are rated for is 20k lbs? Is it 20k tensile strength or what? I only ask cuz a 1/4" square of 7018 or 70 series mig wire has a tensile strength of 70k lbs if done correctly. I would've thought those pulling setups would be rated way way higher than 20k. Oh well, I'm learning too.
I dig it! Only thing I would have done differently is the tabs on the hitch. Misaligned like that I would think puts most of the load on one tab instead of across the two. But that's nitpickin'. You're killin' it!
@@horsetorquesdiesel 07 power level goals was my plan but you went and whipped out the full build on that in no time. I’m almost done maintaining and getting a really solid truck to throw power at.
