There are theories the badge gives the comically large spoon bear skin but its just a theory, so that badge is basically just a joke. @@CazCo Actually, you don't need the badge, you just need to use the TV in monochrome, and the click on the button in haunted mansion, go through the secret wall, do the obby. And that's it, although it took me a good 2 hours just waiting for the maps to appear
