What if I am starting with a decimal of 1.8 hours.. how do I get that answer to show up in hours and minutes

Do you want it to show 1:48:00 or say 1 hr, 48 minutes (?)
For 1:48:00, you can do 1.8*24 and then format the cell to display as "Custom" h:mm:ss
If you did the first method and got 1:48:00, you can use this formula to make it say 1 hr, 48 min:
=HOUR(H124) & " hr, " & MINUTE(H124) & " minutes"
Or if you want to directly convert 1.8 to 1 hr, 48 min, here's this formula:
=INT(1.8) & " hr, " & ROUND(MOD(1.8,1)*60,0) & " minutes"

@ashleycam3ron I want my result to show as 1hr 48min. In this particular case my current formula for cell d10 is =SUM($B10*$C10)/$M$2+.25
and my answer is 1.8. Which in my case is 1.8 hours. Do I just add your formula to the end of my formula?
