Actual US Geopolitics is that the geography of the country is very secure because of ocean sized moats east and west of it and geographically constrained neighbors to the north and south of it. on top of this, the Mississippi river basin interconnects the country internally and allows for the cheap transport of goods making the country capital rich. both this wealth and protection has allowed the US to build and finance and very powerful Navy that has a Global level of influence that can facilitate or deny trade to enemies or allies. but for all these pros the Americans tend to be very jumpy on policy, prone to knee jerking and burning down the house when the see a spider but despite this, the system has remained mostly stable even through the worse governments in history(which for around half of Americans has always been the current one). Currently the US political system is going through a gradual realignment of political factions which has not happened since the 1900s.

@@nooffencebut-7872 Wrong, it's literally the foreign policy enacted after 9/11 allowing for the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) that has been the reason presidents are allowed to "preempt" 'terrorist' threats. This was originally for the perpetrators of 9/11 but has stretched so far that they're using it (very illegally) to target groups that are in the same area or that have started after the AUMF was put into place. He's making fun of the "American Way" of self-defense which is literally causing strife via drone strikes and assassinations as a means to 'preempt' terror.

The friendship test is actually really important for self-defense. Because the enemy you face today could be the friend you fight alongside tomorrow, and if they're an unreliable friend, you could be not self-defending when you absolutely need to self-defend just because that friend said it was ok.

I used to run this build with the old Dark Harvest, you could insta-kill any squishie and bruiser, in the lategame you were able to erase 1/3 of the HP of a full-tank enemy.

@@-JaggedGrace- no, you get that bonus imidiately after using dash. For example if you jump on someone as kha zix he will receive bonus damage from E dmg and all further dmg within few seconds (5 I think)
