Finally caught up with this 🤭 Looks a great place, we stopped in Dollar once and had a meal in a little pub. It looked a lovely area 😎 Love that walk, loved your Rab C impression at the end Dunc 😂😂 Em 💜
@@brassblastuk no, it was Castle Gloom, but, as I said, no local ever called it that. The other burn by the castle was called The burn of Care, so, that was a little bit nicer for you!
Another awesome video… great music. A lot of green and I look forward to seeing the castle the next time. Ran c Nesbit at the end!! Why not pick the wild garlic?
What a stunning wee country we live in, we're so lucky, great music and video, thanks for sharing 😊 x
Absolutely agree, Scotland is amazing. Glad you enjoyed the video 😀
What an amazing play to walk round 😍 thank you both for sharing
It is, we’ve been a few times now.
What a lovely place to wander through. Another great video. Thank you.
It is a beautiful place. Nice and cool on a warm day as well
Cracking video again folks. Lindsay was born near there many years ago.
A relatively easy walk this time but one we love. It’s a lovely place.

Thanks Em. Dollar is a beautiful place, after the walk we parked up by the wee burn that runs through it. So pretty.
Such a lovely place but the names! Gloom hill, castle gloum and the burn of sorrow!
I didn’t know about the hill and castle name. That’s interesting but your right, don’t fit such a pretty place
I lived there for 13 years and nobody ever called the castle, Castle Gloom. It only seems to be visitors who call it that
@@pixiebell5452 I think its Gloam but over the years mistranslated! from roamin in the gloamin!

It was very green, that vibrant green you always get in spring. Thought it might be a bit overwhwlming in the video but that's the way it was.
