She was previously at SM for 17 years as the Creative Director responsible for the branding of such groups as F(x), Red Velvet, Shinee etc. She was promoted to be on SM's board of Directors and within a year She quit. When she told Lee Soo-man, was CEO of SM, he cried. She is acknowledged as a genius. She won "break out producer" last year for forming NJ. One one show when they would cut over to her watching "her girls" she was beaming with joy and pride, making it obvious she really cares about these girls. She makes it a point to stay in close contact with the parents about everything as she considers that close communication with then to be important to the success of NJ. Hyein suggested that they drop their debut MV without promotion, teasers but just drop it without warning. Much to CEO Min Hee-Jin's credit she listened to the 14 year old Maknae as she recognized that it was a great idea and of course it shook the public. She told Hanni when she dances "have fun" but Hanni didn't understand thinking of perfection and perfect synched choreography but one time during a performance she let go and learned how to have fun and NJ gives that joy to the fans. Often the dancing is not perfectly synced but there remains a beautiful flow in the movements and that is intentional. This is a group Kpop needed: who doesn't love these wonderful girls? 💖

The concepts she made in sm has been concerning and uncomfortable considering her engaging 16 years old in them. New jeans' Cookie is full of sexual innuendos and inappropriate song for such young group, also new jeans music video when they all gather to watch adults kissing each other and have scenes with main leads on the bed and partially nude scenes in the shower. It can be artistic choice and a mature concept but not in a group that consists of minors and has a very young fan base. She loves adult concepts but always involves children in them.

I really love Danielle and Hanni's voices, their voices are my favorite! I found Hanni, Danielle and Hyein's voices so soft and their voices are so sweet, angelic and beautiful (I think especially Danielle and Hanni's voice is so sweet, like honey, very beautiful) it's so nice to hear their voices!!! Hyein did wonderfully well, I was able to pay more attention to her beautiful voice... She served a lot!! ❤🤗
