as someone who's had their significant other send private photos/videos of myself to other people without my consent, she's got every right to be upset. that's messed up. hate this guy
I've never sent nudes. But I can't imagine sending something person and private, for it to be them shown to everyone. Hate that guy too.
I hate them both, They're not right for each other in the slightest.
Once you send the pics, they’re no longer your property... so if you ever send those types of photos, you should assume all risks. Not that it makes it right, but that’s just how it it. There are no federal statutes for ‘revenge porn’ and many states don’t really acknowledge that it’s a thing.

My ex showed all of his buddies and when I confronted him about it (because one of them pulled me aside) he just said "oh I thought that it would be okay because you used to dance" I'm sorry WHAT!?!? How do those two things correlate!? It's completely different you have to be able to completely disassociate with your self and your emotions to dance...my body may have been there but I wasn't... however when I sent him the photos I was completely there it was an act of love and trust. It was completely deviating to me.

As outrageous as Jasmine can act sometimes, I really do feel for her in that moment. What Gino did was unforgivable; he forwarded Jasmine's photo w/o her consent. What's more, he *_lied to her face_* about it. It was only when she pulled the receipts that he immediately dropped the lie and tried to salvage it to save face. Just a huge breach in trust and a giant red flag. Disgusting.
I guess all the single ppl out there should be grateful that Gino, Ed, Danielle and the other creepy Incels on this show out themselves as abusers for the world to see 🤷🏼♀️. I’d really prefer TLC not cast them in the first place, but after they cast Geoffrey Paschal who at the time of filming was currently facing multiple DV related charges, it doesn’t seem like TLC is concerned. On a happy note, they convicted Paschal to 18 years, so there’s a small victory for those of us who’ve survived DV.

Sending your partners nudes to other people is such a vile violation of privacy. Especially to an ex out of spite, what if they then decide to publish those photos out of spite?

I think you guys missed why she was upset regarding the photos. It's not a jealousy issue. It's a violation of trust to distribute a person's nudes like that. As a woman, I really feel for Jasmine in this episode. Sharing something like that with your significant other is a huge trust factor for us that it won't be seen by anyone other than who it is intended for. I understand her pain and I feel for her. I couldn't laugh with you guys at that part, it was too real. Unfortunate reality for a lot of women.
yeah, I had a lot of mixed feelings about that part. I, and definitely some of my friends, have unfortunately been in similar situations so I felt all the grief and turmoil she was feeling. it felt like a much more serious moment. I genuinely hope she gets help in getting over this betrayal. I'm actually sort of glad Gino's ex told her because she found out from another woman who, hopefully, wouldn't use those pictures against her that she can't trust the man she's with to respect her body and her privacy. imagine, if he has no trouble sending those pictures to someone he wants to make jealous and mad, he might have no issue sending them to guy friends or other people. that would be a nightmare

Jasmine has issues, but culturally for her having a stripper at a celebration isn’t unusual or considered cheating. So while it was good of her to apologize to him that it hurt his feelings, it’s really no where near the same thing as sending an ex her nudes without permission. He committed an actual crime.

Sharing nudes is a huge violation, I still think it's up to her how to proceed with the relationship, and I hope Gino understands how bad what he did was, and how much of a red flag that would be for Jasmine, especially with her jealousy issues ("why would you want to make your ex jealous? Do you want her back?"). I just wanted to put this part out there for people that get the idea that she is entirely immature or absolutely evil. She has a strong personality, and a lot of relationship issues that she needs therapy for, but she isn't evil or completely irrational all the time.

The woman he sent the pics to has made comments on, I think, Instagram. She says that she was shortly a sugar baby of Gino’s years ago. She said that Gino has sent her messages and photos of anyone he’s dated ever since to try to make her jealous. She said she hasn’t responded to him for years but he keeps doing it. So when she saw he was going on the show she wanted his new gf to know who he is and what he’s been doing.

Yea there's nothing illegal about sending a picture.... If that was true then you could sue someone for taking a picture of you at Walmart and sending it to people.. its sad but not illegal. Taking a fully clothed photo in Walmart is completely different. When you're in public, there is a tacit agreement we make with society that we might at some point be filmed. It's a public place, which is completely different than private nude photos.

They are lying, based on the receipts of the conversations tr girl said she would not share with anyone and just wanted her to know that he is sending her nudes. There is a good show with interviews that has been following the situation between jasmine, guno and r girl...and I think they are trying to discredit her... she and another girl were interviewed and shared a lot about gino and sugar baby websites, which both girls were on...they showed a lot of receipts. We know gino haa no problem lying and it looks like he and jasmine don't want Gino's past to be public.

@Harmony I think they don't understand the severity of what's going on. Whether TLC orchestrated it or not (though Jasmine's tears most certainly looked real), leaking someone's nudes is, and will never BE, a "bold move." It's objectifying, humiliating and disrespectful. Perhaps those are things that men deal with less than women, so their reaction isn't completely unexpected. Nevertheless, I do hope they educate themselves.

Gino may be one of the worst people on the show because of this. and he seemed uncomfortable casual about it and didn't seem to fully grasp how wrong his actions were. He even had the audacity to try and defend himself.

it's weird that you guys found this funny rather than being very concerned. what Gino did was very fucked up and shows that he isn't over his ex, not to mention that this is likely illegal. my ex showed me suggestive pics of his ex to me to make me jealous (not even nudes) and it really upset me. he was always one to brag about how many girls he slept with, etc. when we broke up i was very worried that he'd go sending my nudes to other people. what happened to Jasmine is definitely not funny and it happens more often than you think. i hope that the next time you cover this couple you apologise or at least talk about the issues surrounding what he did. it definitely isn't on the same level as Jasmine getting a stripper.
Yeah I agree, I was definitely surprised by their reaction. It’s fine for them to sprinkle in jokes but with that last half I expected a reaction similar to their to catch a predator videos, making a joke or two but then expressing their concern.

I know exactly how she feels...my ex did the same thing to me, one of his friends who was a guy didnt believe him that i sent him pics, so my ex sent his friend one of the pics to prove it and i was so embarassed and so upset and he didnt even want to talk about it which made me more mad, lesson fellas and ladies if your partner sends you photos do NOT share them with other people theyre meant for your eyes and your eyes only, not anyone else's
