Once you send the pics, they’re no longer your property... so if you ever send those types of photos, you should assume all risks. Not that it makes it right, but that’s just how it it. There are no federal statutes for ‘revenge porn’ and many states don’t really acknowledge that it’s a thing.

As a woman, I really feel for Jasmine in this episode. Sharing something like that with your significant other is a huge trust factor for us that it won't be seen by anyone other than who it is intended for. I understand her pain and I feel for her. I never saw an issue with Jasmine, like, clearly she knew something was up with Gino and that is when us ladies could be very confrontational. Now she just got it proven to her that she couldn't trust him after all.

This is why you NEVER send or allow anybody to take nude photos. You never know who might end up with them.

@Harmony I think they don't understand the severity of what's going on. Whether TLC orchestrated it or not (though Jasmine's tears most certainly looked real), leaking someone's nudes is, and will never BE, a "bold move." It's objectifying, humiliating and disrespectful. Perhaps those are things that men deal with less than women, so their reaction isn't completely unexpected. Nevertheless, I do hope they educate themselves.

I know exactly how she feels...my ex did the same thing to me, one of his friends who was a guy didnt believe him that i sent him pics, so my ex sent his friend one of the pics to prove it and i was so embarassed and so upset and he didnt even want to talk about it which made me more mad, lesson fellas and ladies if your partner sends you photos do NOT share them with other people theyre meant for your eyes and your eyes only, not anyone else's
No one deserves to have their privacy leaked especially without permission. Shouldn't even be a question
