Congratulatios on your work... love your design. Can you design a double story with 4 rooms, all rooms upper rooms with balconies, 2 living areas, one on each floor and a varanda on the first floor. All this on a 8 x 16m plot?
Hi sir i really love your videos, can you make a 3 storey modern house with 8 bedrooms in all? With a rooftop designs for chillin like tables or with mini bar and kitchen in there? , for the 1st floor is 1 guestroom and maids rooms good for two not so small and with own bathroom, another Common bathroom for the guests and stock room, and the floor tile there is like the marble design with 10 seaters in dining area and for the garage or 2-3 carport there's also a room for the driver, laundry area and a mini pool, all of them are located in ground floor. And for the 2nd floor 1gaming room, common bathroom, playroom for kids, office room, and master bedroom own cr with light grey wood design ceramic floor tile, and for the 3rd floor is 1 guest room good for couple own cr another 1 guestroom with 2 for family use and own bathroom, and with dining area and kitchen❤️Also it's a double height ceiling for the living area and hoping it's also a spacious even there's a lot of rooms and the stairs designs like a transparent glass the interior is white, wood and light grey . Hoping you can read this sir and if you have an extra time hoping you can do my suggestion❤️I'm so fan of your ideas sir it's so amazing i really appreciate your works! and I'm planning soon to build a house for my parents and choosing here some designs of your artworks! Is this really 10x16? I've seen real house videos of 10x20 that look smaller than this house, Maybe it's because is a 3d model, but Maybe in real life the spaces are significant smaller

The layout is nice but, the bathrooms are cringe worthy. Why WHY would you put so many RV wet baths in a large luxurious home. You're trying to cram as many bedrooms and bathrooms into the house as possible and you wind up cutting corners. It cheapens the house.
