Since that your topic is about inheritance mufti, I would like to ask why that they said if you married and the husband passed away the wife can’t get anything from his wealth because the marriage was taken in sharia court not in Sunni court? What is the difference between the 2 courts regarding inheritance…?
I know it's more often that women are cheated from their inheritance however there are times when the men are deprived as well. I've seen this happening a lot. What should people do in that instant?
I know a Muslim brother, whose going through this at the moment. It's been over 7 years and his sister and mother, still refuse to sort it out. Plus their fathers wealth that is in a non Muslim nation the mother say that she will give all her siblings and an equal share which the sisters are obviously happy with this.
