This is great stuff! I'm an old, archaic guy (60), and I've been happily in the DLSR camp for years. I've still got my original 300D, which I've had for 20 years, and is too much of an old friend to get rid of. Over the years, I've added a 20D, a 7D Mk II, and finally a 1DX Mk III. I'd never really worried about moving to mirrorless, even if DSLRs are officially "obsolete" now. However, I find that I've been giving some thought to picking up an R5. With the exception of a soon-to-come Sigma 100-600C, and a Tokina 19-35 that I've had for years, all of my lenses are Canon EF or EF-S, so the ability to use an EF-RF adapter is a powerful incentive. I don't shoot video at all, only stills, so the overheating issues I've read about really wouldn't apply. I don't know, it's kind of a coin flip. I could add a used 5D Mk IV to my bag, but that would be redundant with the 1DX, even if the former has slightly higher resolution in terms of MPs. Christmas is coming…

Great video bro! Definitely still worth the buy. But to your point all cameras are pretty good at this point. It’s a matter of what features u need and how much u looking to spend. The sequence shots were 🔥
