The Giant just WORKS. I and my coworkers see and saying that my arms got visible bigger, more toned. I got much stronger too. Went from 16kg single hand lifting to double 24kg. I must just have my nutrition under control for even faster results I think. I'm still have a lot of chest and bellyfat. Thank you, Geoff, for your program and support. Everyone needs it
I always heard consistency is more important that intensity. That you will get far more results working at moderate intensity that someone who works out really hard but misses workouts.

@jasonwelsh417 - Unless you can't do hill sprints because you've got bad joints - ankles, knees, hips, or lower back. Many of the guys I train are "high mileage" and can't do "traditional" exercises, which is why they're using kettlebells.
