First thing is to get used to using your ctrl key to crouch and not C. That literally changed the way I play the game entirely, you can see it in my videos. Once you learn how to crouch hop (which is pressing spacebar while holding ctrl key and running) emote hopping will be easy. I'd recommend doing it in a private server for more fps and such but if you can't just do it in a normal server. I don't really play in private servers much though.
