Q 1 If we increase the number of charges obtained from the positive plate then the Potential difference will increase resulting in the increase of Electric field ( or vise versa ) then will the capacitance also increase , right ? Q 2 then if C is directly proportional to the E and E = V/d then why isn't C directly proportional to V irrespective of the equation Q=CV ?? Also if ur gonna say that there is a limit for every capacitor to store a specific number of charges then may I suggest that it might increase the efficiency of the capacitor ?
Capacitance will not increase it does not depends upon charge and voltage C is a constant Because the capacity of a capacitor is constant. So it can store charges up to certain limit. Wo can increase the capacity of a capacitor by changing area, medium and distance between plates. That thing you will learn in upcoming topics

Yes you are right But I am saying in a sense That capacitance depends upon medium when dielectric medium is placed between the plates of the capacitor then electric field become reduce that is why potential on a plate of capacitor become decrease. So more charge can store on it In that sense capacitance become increase. In that sense I am saying. If we don't place any dielectric medium between the plates of the capacitor or do not change the dielectric medium then capacitance is independent on potential.
