@@Ardaas_Singh I wonder, can you explain something to me? How often should I try to attain this state? I’m under the impression that once a month is the right amount…
@@lennybogartSat Naam Lenny. I’ve never seen a limit or frequency recommended. I’d say experiences come and go. It’s not the ultimate goal to have them, but rather the landscape we enjoy on the way. It’s often mentioned not to get attached to them and not to try to pursue them. Seeking to repeat a particular experience doesn’t let you open to whatever needs to happen today. At some point it may happen that the state of samadhi is established and sustained. If so, it will happen naturally. Just keep a regular practice and let experiences come as they need to without expectation. Blessings 🙏
Also, I agree with your take on the interpretation of the “top of the head”. It seems like touching the bone near the pituitary gland requires an energetic connection that feels as if you’re touching the roof of the head. The nerves of the skull are diffuse, so perhaps touching that bone you mention may stimulate nerves on the roof of the head… my opinion.
That's interesting. I don't know about nerves enough to have an opinion on that. What is clear to me is that on a physical level it is just not possible to cross forward into the nasal passage or upwards beyond that bone that covers the pituitary, no matter how long someone's tongue could be. However going into khechari mudra can have that effect, the feeling of reaching the 3rd eye or the crown. I believe is because of how important is that nadi that goes through the tongue. So the energetic extension of the tongue feels as if reaching both places. And certainly it seems important to create those circuits of energy (the orbits). If you know something else from Kriya yoga do share it with us :) Thanks for taking the time to write.
IN EFFECTS THEREN t any need to cut the frenulum, wich is higly RISKY...there is a practice called talabya kriya for wich in a few months yo can elongate the frenolum an ottaining the FULL KECHARY...EVEN MILKING THE TONGUE WITHthe help of a wet clot left , right and center you can aid the elongament...
Yes, that's a good point. Also for some people who may already have a stretchy frenulum may already be natural to do this without the need to cut or doing talabya kriya. I heard there was some writing saying that if you go through the process (either cutting or talabya) on this life, as your practice of Kriya Yoga, on next life it'll be natural. Thanks for your comment !
Thank you very much for this video. I am a total novice so I can not hold my tongue there more than let's say about 2 minutes. So I was not expecting to see the blue pearl but it was good in my process to get there, I can not thank you enough to share with us how to make the Kriya yoga since I am unsure my tongue will get to make the Khechari Mudra.
Wahe Guru, as I mention in the video, I wouldn't worry too much about managing to do it. Just rest the tip of the tongue on the upper palate and you can feel great benefits. And the blue pearl just appears by keeping the practice and staying stable and still, maybe in a room with not light directly on your face. Keep meditating :) Blessings!
i can put my tongue all the way up to the nose from the inside and never had issues with it, my entire life. Used it as party trick. Didnt even know this is a yoga Technique
Hi Daniel, Yes, some people seem to have a natural predisposition to it and do not need the cutting of the frenulum. I don't see why you should have any issue with it. I did hear this story, that if you had practiced Kriya Yoga and had undergone through the procedure to cut the frenulum in order to enter into khechari mudra, the blessing would be that in a future life you'd not need to go through it and it would come naturally. I don't know if that's true or if even that's your case or just a coincidence. However, you're here, watching yoga videos, so you have a certain inclination or attraction towards the topic. Therefore, there's at least the possibility that you've worked on this before. So, have you tried it? I'd recommend to do an experiment, 40 days meditate without the tongue in khechari mudra, 40 days in the mudra. Then maybe repeat the who pattern 40 days without and 40 days with to reconfirm the experience. Just be careful not to predispose to anything. Just be open to the experience and let us know how it was for you. Looking forward to hear the results from you, Blessings,
O hello great job you have done with your informative video, can you explain a little question about Kechari mudra ? If you can i thank to You,to achieve Kechari Mudra fast even i cant even touch the uvula, what i kind of exercise you recommend ? You Recommend Cuting the skin down of tong or reccomend practicing Nabho Mudra (little Kechari Mudra) Daily if i dont are in a conversation you reccomend i to pratice Nabho Mudra constantly in several Days ?
Sat Naam. I definitely don't recommend cutting the frenulum. You can achieve most of the benefits with the simplified mudra that you mention, Nabho Mudra. That is indeed the technical term for what I suggest in the video, to put the tip of the tongue pressed against the upper palate, between the soft and hard, it's quite far back but most people can achieve it. The tongue will get tired but with practice it will become natural. You don't need to hold the breath doing it. It can give many benefits and maybe one day your tongue will actually slip into the passage and just go up behind the uvula, but that's not necessary. I wouldn't worry too much about achieving that. It's more important to hold the connection to create the microcosmic orbit active and hold the awareness of the energy flowing within. Blessings!🙏
Sat Naam Matheus, I actually talk about that in the live stream I had celebrating 1 year of videos: ua-cam.com/users/liveo3tzQVBRc5Q I hope it is of service to you, Blessings! @@matheusnascimento7155

I don't know anyone who could awakened kundalini without building single pointed concentration.
Yes I'd agree. Though I imagine that single pointed concentration may have come from a wide range of practices, not just meditating. Blessings!
