Hate to burst your bubble, but It actually did ship from Hyderabad which is 400 km away. I have verified with Shah Ghouse that they ship Byriani (via flights to Bangalore) a minimum of 4 times a day. It is then housed locally for delivery. It’s an amazing process! Thanks for watching. Timmy

They dont ship when you order. I think there has to be some kind of buffer station in bangalore that they refill everydayor something
