I feel any of us doing sports like these (I snowboard) it is the most exciting yet terrifying thing I’ve experienced setting yourself up for a new trick and just seeing the massive ramp ahead. I love it and hate it
I have a passion for snowmobiling ever since I was 2 years old and this video is just all around so inspiring and just makes me want to get out and try something new.
Well I got recommended this particular video of the flip. If I knew there was a video that got recommended to me of just the flip it would be cool. So I'm just forwarding to the part in the video where people like me came to see, and not some crap about prep and shit.
TheWaggishAmerican what studs? Skies are made of smooth metal and plastic and the track is rubber. Im pretty sure all hard edges elsewhere were smoothed out aswell.
Vetten Jamula Myahe it's different on trick/trail sleds, but all of my experience is from working with snow cross machines, and teams/riders install metal studs on the tracks to serve basically as cleats.
You guys don't seem to understand what studs are. Anyways to answer your question, he doesn't have studs on this sled. You can tell that just by the way he spins the track in the beginning.
Fucking legend!
incredible commitment ! a real stuntman work ! for a triple, you might a heavier chain to get more rotation ! I even think a frontflip is possible : just put the reverse gear in the air and get the front rotation. I do this with radio controlled buggies on my channel ( less ricks !!)
The majority of Red Bull riders seem to ride Polaris, but I feel like they should sponsor Ski-Doo though since their engines are made in Austria where Red Bull and KTM are from.
That landing though! About to fall off sideways and he nails the throttle to get it back in line! Nothing but instinct in that moment.
Mad reflexes & quick thinking 🔥
haha comes from deepsnow riding you know sidehilling and that stuff
2 years for 4 sec but 4 sec you gonna remember all your life ;)
haha what a stupid waste
I was reading this comment as he was saying it
Jerry Nix haha same
i log off this page and 10 seconds i won't remember this useless nonsense....
Dude that was like the most emotional video ever, myself being a bmx rider I can relate to such drive and fear. It's bloodcurdling
I almost cried

2 months later "first triple backflip on a snowmobile"
lol as soon as the gear allows for it, it will be done, it's not special lol

To go through all that pounding, risk life and limb to achieve a goal--that's what you call true dedication!
Soooo ... we all know Travis Pastrana right? $200 says he'll attempt a triple and a ramp thats as huge as a mountain lol
podagee4life he didn't but someone else did
did you read the comment or just put together a sentence of your own in your head?
podagee4life he's talking about the triple backflip
Bender Bending Rodriguez Josh Sheehan already did a triple backflip on a bike. or do you mean a snowmobile?
Quin Reimer I'm pretty sure that's who he's talking about because he did at travis house.
Anybody else hear the "RUN duh duh duh" music at 2:37
AWOLNATION - Run 2:00 if you were wondering where it came from.
Redbull recorded the song. So yes it is it.
I AM thanks I couldn’t figure out where it came from.

Forrest and Jenny are SO PROUD of you today Lil Forrest.
How do the studs not puncture the airbag?

TheWaggishAmerican if they do puncture it the holes are so small it doesnt matter at all
The track is made of rubber not metal.

When he said that if he was 95 and doesn’t remember his name but he’ll remember the double backflip that made me happy

10 min video for 10 seconds I wanted, sick guys
Did you even read the video title before you clicked on the video?

WoW . Incredible 😳💪Very good
Great video ✌️
Holy hell that was amazing
I know this is older now but it’s so insane there’s no second pull between backflips..
Hollywood should make a movie from this,
Imagine him just tipping over right after the landing 😂
airbag is made of some hefty ass shit!!
Wow all of that work, time, effort, and engineering going into that one trick. Crazy. Still sweet though.
Fan va Kung du e daniel👍🏻💪🏻

Bodin is Swedish pure Proudness.
Lol I got this recommended while I’m trying to do a double backflip on my trampoline
Kung Bodin 🙌🏻
real mvp award goes to that air bag for not ripping apart from the sled lol
The majority of Red Bull riders seem to ride Polaris, but I feel like they should sponsor Ski-Doo though since their engines are made in Austria where Red Bull and KTM are from.
doesnt matter since skidoo is kinda bad compared to polaris/artic

Marcus Dubois is a familiar face😉🤪
Extreme sports have changed the world...
I'm pretty sure Levi Lavallee landed the double back flip to snow back in 09. At his compound. But during the 2009 winter X Games he fell off.
love dem swedes
Man this hurts give this man a bike plz
Fun fact: I lost my spleen to a snowmobile accident on my 10th birthday
Yep
Damn, what even happens when you lose your spleen?
FireplaceNinja
You take amoxicillin until your liver can replace some of what your spleen did. For me it was five years.
The Hoffmeister H woah, that’s crazy?? How well did you recover?
FireplaceNinja
Well I’m still here so I guess I’m doing good
