I'd love to see a total different set of plastics or decals make it one off looking everyone seems to be on the same page with looks isn't there a crazy but nice body kit out there or something

We need some trail lights, rock crawling lights, and interior rope lighting. I'd love to see someone use those crazy bright laser pointers you see astronomers use to point out constellations as beacon whips. You'd see that thing stand out in any crowd. Then add those laser brake lights that project a mesh grid behind to warn drivers in fog because you know how dusty it gets at the dunes at night. Maybe even some projection puddle lights you see on BMW's with you SXSBLOG.COM logo for when you open the doors.

Yesssss the old school intro is fire!
All X3 Owners should really check out HESS MOTORSPORTS weld in radius rod certs. You cut out the studs and weld in nut plates. You then run bolts through the rear plate. If you have adjustable rear radius rods you can pull the bolt on just the one you want to adjust. It makes changes way easier and it also make it so nothing can move around.

Looks tough! Now this X3XRSDSFrankenmode-thing just needs a name. Next mods could be something like a Stage 1-3 tune (Stock is never enough) with some clutch work and a beefier roll cage. It would make a nice balanced all around machine. What comes to wheels and tires... There is just too much to choose from. 32 inch Carnivores on some beadlocks maybe? Maybe the stock Can am wheels could work just ok and save you guys some money? And some extra lighting could also prove useful.

I rebuilt my lifted Commander's suspension while it was on my car trailer, so yeah I've done it. I think if you're going to use it for trail riding and all around hardcore playing I recommend a 5500lb Winch

Just sand the paint off the top of the LSR tags so it's shiny metal and clear coat over them.

Assuming you are using the same shocks, they came on a narrower suspension and now on a wider one. Ride height is of course going to be way off. I would also assume CanAm would valve the shocks differently as well as spring rates if they did it right.
