    I love your presentation of your content. I’m two years deep on my XRS build. I’ve done a lot already, 10k worth. But suspension wise I can’t find foxs tune for 2020. I love my car, but it likes to lift a tire when cornering hard. I don’t like that. It likes to nose dive when jumping, I don’t like that. It’s plush at slow speeds but I need more fast speed suspension handling when I’m drinking. FYI my wife drives 80% of the time. Shock therapy sucks us in, but what would you recommend?

      We appreciate that! In 2020 Can Am raised the ride height, so there wasn't the need for the "Fox Tune" like the earlier years. I had heard this spring kit will get you really close in terms of performance, so its a good place to start, and you can always add the valving. I'd go to MTS for this. The beauty of a spring kit is that you will pick up small bump sensitivity, and bottom out performance. It sounds like with some adjustments you will be able to solve some of these issues, or mitigate them. I'd give them a call and see what they think, the Can Am seems to be prone to the "nose dive", the rear shocks are so long, when they unload it seems to cause this for a lot of people. We will do another video on some really rough terrain and will learn more as we try to get the X3 level and sorted out in nasty terrain.

    I believe you did shock therapy springs on your RZR so I'm surprised to see you went MTS this time around. Since you've now purchased from both, can you share any details on the differences in your experience?

      I didn't have a good experience with Shock Therapy so I will not be using them suspension tuning of any kind, I still used their steering rack and it was a good product.

      @@ChupacabraOffroad thanks for the reply, I've heard good and bad things about them (shock therapy) and I reached out to them via email with some very specific questions about bushings and I wasn't happy with the response that I got. I'll look into MTS as I'm also local to Phoenix.

    Did they put the spring rates on their springs? So if you wanted to adjust it further after adding some more weight?

    • @ChupacabraOffroad
      @ChupacabraOffroad  2 роки тому +1

      They don't but they keep notes and can accommodate that. Ideally your setup will get you close enough, and with some of the adjustments, you might not need a new rate. If you plan on adding a 60lb spare tire in the future, or something like that, maybe mention it before ordering the kit? Just a thought.

      @@ChupacabraOffroad I guess they may be relying on most folks to be happy with it out of the box and likely not changing their setup drastically enough to matter.

      @@SreidMX just got my car done at MTS, they use hyperco springs and have part numbers on the springs so I'm sure with a quick google or call you could find the spring rates. Love the new springs and some awesome people at MTS.
