    Whitefish Montana was my childhood home, there I had the best childhood I could have ever asked for. Thank you for making a video on this lovely town and its community, it brought back childhood memories of visiting stores like the Imagination station where I would always ask my mom for a rubber band gun (She would always say no), and even Makenzie river pizza company. My family would always take me out there for my birthdays.

    On Thursday 14th of Jan., I am driving to Whitefish MT from Connecticut, a road trip. 2560 miles one way. It will be interesting, I have never been to MT and I wanna take a look. Then I will drive down to Aspen Colorado. I have seen everywhere in the East but never been to the West, I watch your videos sometimes to get the idea.

    Thank you for the video. I have what may be kind of a weird question, but do houses in this part of Montana generally have basements? I work from home and a basement is the best option for me (we have one here in Denver). Thanks again!

    • @RadiantRealty
      @RadiantRealty  3 роки тому

      It depends on the lot and age of the home. You can find homes with basements here although many of the newer builds are on a crawl space. However, quite a few lots lend themselves to a walkout basement so we have those as well. Would you want to build a home or purchase an existing one?

    You should consider inviting Chuck Marohn from Strong Towns to come and speak in your town when all this covid nonsense ends. He basically talks about how to grow a strong town and tries to help towns from making some of the big mistakes much of the US has done while developing. I've been looking at towns for awhile and I just cringe when I see what some places are doing right now (like Boise's surrounding areas). I feel like flathead valley has some great potential. I only visited for a short period of time, but it seemed like such a magical place. Chuck has some great talks on youtube and I really like his podcast, check it out. Btw, I love your hair.
