I use head and shoulders anti dandruff shampoo which has sulphate on one wash. Then I use a protein enriched shampoo on the next wash and alternate. I use a leave in conditioner and some hemp seed oil with a few drops of patchouli essential oil and rosemary essential oil added. My hair loves it it is silky soft and much better than the castor oil I was using.

You can use a volumizing mousse if you want more volume for your hair. Also, you can still use conditioner just apply it on the bottom part of your hair if you don't want your hair to look flat. :)

My hair doesn't need conditioner it's flat what else can I use?
It's still a good idea to use it (the right kind) for shine, smoothness, volume and detangling.
