Best reaction so far, you mention that Ren is being honest and sharing himself, his story, his journey. That is also what makes the best reaction videos, when you're prompted by what an artist (Ren) has evoked in you to have a real emotional response to the work, and tell us why, that you too have a story, that you relate to it in some way. Don't shy away from that, lean into it, sharing your story is cathartic for you, and for us.
If you are struggling for the right word in English, just say it in your own first, it would be interesting to know (might even look it up!), then you can try to find the English to express it, again sharing yourself, not apologizing for it.
There are going to be Ren videos where the closed captions are terrible, the flow of his rap bars are so fast you won't get them, native speakers don't, so it's best if you see if he posted them on the video, or go find them on Genius or other site that provides the lyrics and have them handy.
You can stop and start and mention the lyrics if you want to analysis them and react to what's being said. Even native speakers roll back several times to listen a few times to catch them if they didn't pull up the lyrics.
English idioms and slang will be hard to get at for a non native speaker, you'll have to look them up, but then for Americans Ren sometimes puts in British things many will have to do the same as well.
Not sure why on occasion your audio drops off on a word, almost like it was censored, but it seems more like a bug. Hit the back arrow key for 5 second rewind when you stop, its less jarring for the viewer and gets us back into the flow.
You are the first person (that I've heard) to point out that Ren shows us life isn't just what we see on social media. Thank you for that. #hope

Ren passage through disease and psychosis was especially wrought with pain. To understand that pain I suggest you react to 'Seven Sins'. It is a truly amazing rap song. Have the lyrics next to you, since you will need them. Check out the song that brought us all to Ren's door, 'Hi Ren'. It is a masterpiece of art. There are two adidtional series of videos you must watch. First there is the 'Tale of Jenny and Screech (Full)'; contains all 3 videos in one. It is a story about the seedier side of society. Then there is 'Money Game 1, 2 and 3'. The latter is probably the 2nd greatest masterpiece for Ren. In the series he explores GREED and the affect on society. Honestly you will be shocked by just those.
If you do the tales of Jenny and screech make sure you do the full version trilogy Jenny screech and finally violet's tale 13:30 minutes of🧠💥 great reaction btw 👍👍✌️
