      @@andrew_owens7680 the prime of your skill is only compared to yourself. Look at Magnus, he isnt in his prime anymore but it is still better than everyone else's prime. ( At this time), so he still stayed no. 1.
      I know people like to argue and I know people will say Magnus is better than ever. My response to that is, take it up with Magnus because he believes differently.

      @@SINQUEFIELD83 I'm a victim of youtube autoplay! I was intending to comment on agadmator post on a game Anderson v Dufresne. Adolf Anderson is past HIS prime. This guy in the game above, not so much. That isn't the sort of thing I'd usually say about a living person, much less one that defeated Eric so well. Cheers.

    Then when Eric plays it, it loses him the game
    welp maybe it wasn't always a losing move, but it definitely was there 😔
    EDIT: after analyzing the position at 8:22 where he proposes the idea, it's the best move on the engine line after Bxc4, dxc4 Qd6, b4 (instead of Qa2) d3, Qd2 Rbd8, THEN e5 is the best move

    • @BM-hj6lq
      @BM-hj6lq Рік тому +5

      Moses was a fictional character was such a fool notion. There are thousands of Hebrew manuscripts, with their confirmation by the Septuagint (the earliest extant Greek translation of the Old Testament from the original Hebrew) and the numerous other cross-checks from outside and inside the text provide overwhelming support for the reliability of the Old Testament. Please read a little bit about the bible before you make such a blanket statement.

    • @AndrewJens
      @AndrewJens Рік тому

      @@BM-hj6lq Re. _"There are thousands of Hebrew manuscripts,"_ and not one of them is an account by someone with firsthand experience of "moses" or his supposed actions or words. They are all inherited descriptions of what people _believe_ happened. Still, if you believe otherwise, it should be easy for you to link to relevant text in just one of those thousands of documents to prove what you say? Be careful about going down this path because you might just find out that I've read a great deal more about the buy-bull than you are guessing (including the book itself).

    • @AndrewJens
      @AndrewJens Рік тому

      @@BM-hj6lq How are you going finding just one of the thousands of Hebrew manuscripts that definitely proves that "moses" was a real person and that the events attributed to him in the buy-bull actually happened? In the absence of (at least) one, it does become obvious that your "overwhelming support for the reliability of the old testament" isn't quite what you have tried to lead us to believe.
