  • Robb Wilton, Water Rat 309.
    Born Robert Wilton Smith in Liverpool, England on August 28th 1881, he was one of the finest comedians of the Music Hall/Variety era. His sketches in which he plays incompetent authority figures, with his trademark hand sliding down his face, are unequalled.
    He is the great-uncle to comedy performer Robin Askwith.
    He died May 1st 1957.
