Madam, I think morning no need of much fiber. Protein rich and savoury breakfast can do good I think. During lunch, yes fiber is must. Our lunch eating order should be this order, Fiber first- protein next - carbs(starches) at last.
But yes like you said fiber in morning also ok doesn't make any difference. My point is more fiber during morning gives stomach fullness. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Like I always say nutrition suggestions are subjective , i also explained not everyone can tolerate fiber . So all the suggestions given should be followed with discretion. Please go with what your gut can tolerate and give you a better bowl movement. For some fiber helps , for some hydration helps , for some exercise helps . So please figure out to what amount fiber is helping u , i general for blood sugar regulation start ur meal with fiber ❤

I'm 21 years old. I'm experiencing 3-4 urgent bowel movements daily. I've been advised to use Pro-DSR (gas tablet) and Unienzym. While using these tablets, I have 2 bowel movements and then no trouble.
Since childhood, I've had 2-3 daily bowel movements: twice before school or college and once before bed.
Even now the urgency occurs in situations where I can go to the washroom at that time but later can't access a restroom, like before going out or traveling.
After watching this.. I noticed that, my mistakes are I drink less than 1.5 litres and my parent has thyroid issue.
What should I do now mam?
Should I focus on diet, water and stop using medications.
Or
Consult doctor?
I worried what if I guided wrong and also money
