I have been devouring F8, and the old 5FDP albums. I am late to the party. I heard "A little bit off today" on 93.x last year....now my new favorite metal band! And you are in my backyard (I live in Farmington)! I just bought tickets to the Iowa State Fair, on Aug 20....I got 2 for the pit. I don't know yet who the second person will be. It may be me myself and I :). So excited! Can I come to your studio and just watch? Lol. Seriously, it is really hard to put an album like F8 together. From front to back, solid, solid solid. Honestly my favorite since NIN Pretty Hate Machine.
I'm late to the party too. At 56 I've fallen in love with FFDP. A Little Bit Off was my hook too. My husband of almost 38 years can't fathom how his church going conservative wife now turns it up. LOl Hell, Saturday, as I switched out the kitchen faucets, laying upside down under the sink, I Had him put in F8 and turn it Up, As I'm fighting with a Plastic Washer that's been in place for over 22 years, it finally breaks loose as "A Little Bitt Off" Came on. I yelled in Victory. I bought my second FFDP album last Saturday, my reward for doing the plumbing repair. I Love "Got your Six." I was disappointed that Jeremy Spencer left the band, but damn, I think Charlie is badass. Can't wait to see and hear more!
Holly $hittt! I knew he was good but the speed of his fills are on the high side of ridiculous! Seeing how small his kit is also impressive that he gets such massive sound! I always love seeing a talented musician A. Making great music & B. Having an event flip there life upside down for the better!
