National Safe Boating Week is the last week each May kicking off the Summer Boating Season. Please boat safely all year long when boating. This video shows how to properly mount your cleats, use the horns of the cleat to leverage the boat in and the components of a round turn, figure 8 and a half hitch to secure your boat BUT make it easy for you to untie when ready to shove off.
