This is a very good and rational representative of the trans community. The funny thing is: With trans women such as her, it somehow comes natural to refer to them as "she" out of respect. Human sex determination is more than X and Y chromosomes, there are few XX males and XY females out there and some individual with XXY. Every scientist know that factor that determines one sex are varied, from chromosome complements, hormonal balances and phenotypic variations and these not always aligned with gender role that oneself dentify with. But I guess you probably have no clue about this because you only sit once in your biology class when your teacher talk about X and Y chromosome then you feel like you are a master knowledge of human chromosome.

Is there any difference between them and the people who identify as the opposite sex? If not, does that mean we should be allowing children to be blinded and have amputations?
