2:03:42 Dear Ok story time fam. You are absolutely not in the wrong at all. You are a remarkable person and an even more remarkable sister to your brothers. As the older sister who also had to help extensively with my younger siblings and my younger cousins these moments are the moments your brothers will remember and cherish. The love they currently have and will grow into having for you will be something that is unbreakable. None of my younger siblings and our cousin are special needs but they are all in their early to late 20’s now and they all treat me better than I’ve seen many siblings and cousins treat each other. They cherish me and treat me in ways that I can’t explain. When they were younger I dropped everything to help them with everything and anything they needed and they never hesitate to do the same for me whenever I’m in need. They were all lacking a mother figure for different reasons. Unfortunately in 2005 our Mom passed a way my younger siblings were 8 and 9 years old. Not long after our childhood home burnt down and we moved into our grandparents house. A few months after that my ex aunt divorced my uncle got their house foreclosed on fired from both of her job and went to jail for embezzlement. So my uncle and 4 cousins also moved in with our grandparents. Then grandma passed away. It was a very traumatic 5 years of less I’ve blocked a lot out. Going through this I was I was 16-20 years old and the oldest lady in their lives. Thankfully I was older than you when I was parentified. I would do it all again if I had too. We eventually got a manufacturer home put out on our childhood property. Unfortunately Back in 2017 our Dad passed away from his own cancer but about 6 months before we lost him he wasn’t able to works anymore so my husband and I moved back out there to help him around the property but also with bills and anything else he needed that we were capable of helping with. He left the property to us when he passed away. We continued to do what we had been and we only had about $60k left on the mortgage and we were hoping to find a way to refinance to build a stick built home as the manufactured home was pretty old and not in the best shape. Unfortunately our property must be cursed because at the end of May 2023 our manufactured home and everything surrounding it burnt down. Swingset, chicken coop, shed, pump house, cars in the fucking drive way EVERYTHING. We got robbed when it came to insurance because I’m dumb and I didn’t understand the difference between home owners insurance and lender places insurance now I should have done a lot more reading and research but the paperwork they send you telling you about the lender places insurance literally says on the paper in serveral spots “ home owners insurance “ either way long story still pretty long we got robbed and they only paid us $60k which yes is a lot of money but in the grand scale of what we have invested in the property, all of our personal property, the loss of all of our sentimental items and family heirlooms and items that belonged to our lost loved ones and so much more $60k is barely anything. My siblings and our cousins did EVERYTHING and more to help my husband, our daughter and myself. We may technically be homeless and barely own less than a quarter of what we used to I feel like one of the Richest people on the planet when it comes to the people I still have left on this planet. I hope when your siblings are older than treat you as wonderful as mine treat me. I’m sure they will and I’m sure they will understand atleast to some capacity all the love and sacrifices you’ve made for them. ❤️🫶🏼 Sending all my love and well wishes to you and your loved ones. Stay strong and stay blessed.
It seems like Op probably left out some details, and her four year old daughter might be an absolute nightmare in public. Maybe that's why the family doesn't want the kid there. I have two nightmare children of my very own, and I opt not to take them most places because they often make scenes and cause problems. I'm just saying it seems like Op's like "the whole family is against my precious little angel child who can do no wrong", and it certainly seems like there is a group of people who think otherwise.
I think theyre explaining to themselves lol. Like Sophia not understanding "dont share your money with men" is a real thing or John not realizing that "Parentification" is an actual word 😆
Lmao “NO BUSES?!” 😂😂 When you live in the actual sticks Sophia, you have to drive everywhere. There are definitely NO buses! Public transportation is harder when you live in a “Town” or even a “community”, instead of a “city”. I live at least 10 min from the nearest gas station, 30 min from the nearest Walmart, 30 min from the nearest “city” (it’s not very big), and 45 min from from the nearest bigger city.. it’s about a quarter of the size of Atlanta. Technically, I live about an hour from ATL. But that’s not really somewhere the majority of us want to drive to unless you have a reason. I’m content not having public transport though. It’s just more incentive to get your license and learn how to drive.
It's wild to me that in the first story, the Aunt was like 'I'm saving your 4yr old from the big bad bridge, but our 4yr old is fine' Also Amy is the epitome of evil stepmum and the stepdad really tirned villian by the end...
An asexual person being in a relationship with someone who isn't asexual is selfish because you expect loyalty and faithfulness while shorting them on their expectations in a relationship they give you everything you expect and you give them 60%
19:04 wait thought this was about op not her brother what is this all about now... Why did she not tell the truth about what the fam was putting her and her daughter thru 20:53 This i think op is hiding something as they are leaving out A LOT
Where I live we don't have alternative transportation except for a not great taxi service and for me, due to my disability I use Medicaid transportation that is vastly unreliable.
1:20:30 3 things: First, they got together at *14* years old. They had neither one ever been with anyone else or dated anyone else since they were *children.* This is not the same as people who meet as adults and one person decides they are bored. It's natural for one or both of them to wonder if they missed out. He screwed up and acted on it, but then: 2) He felt so guilty he immediately confessed. Habitual cheaters who don't give a damn about the harm they caused do not confess, let alone immediately. And 3rd & finally, to the person who said there are other men who'd be good to her kids... They are also his kids. They're still in each other's lives because they've been coparenting. So, sure other men might be good step dads, but he is their actual dad.
I just hope they don't break up again because it's going to confuse the kids so much and probably traumatize them and give them trust and abandonment issues
In Alaska a few years ago there was a mother walking across a bridge with her 4 year old son and somehow her 4 year old son fell over into the water and she dove in after him. Both of them died and were found downstream later. It's absolutely tragic.
My mom adopted two puppies a yr ago from the local shelter and asked me to take them in to train them. Within an hour of bringing them home, it was obvious they were sick. Within 3 days I took them to the vet. The next day one of the puppies died. They had distemper. They gave the other pup only a 20% chance of survival and 50% for my adult dogs (2) of survival. The vet bills to save the 3 dogs was almost $4,000. At some point the vet no longer charged me because I told them I couldn't afford it. The 3 dogs are still with me today. She never took the other puppy so he stayed with me.
Sophia and John switch off after she read the title and he ends up reading a whole different story. Hope they loop back to read the first one. Sounded more interesting than another take back the cheating ex story.
It bothers me that she read a title, then he came on and read another story. I hope they notise that they jumped over one. wanted to hear the story the worm queen started.
26:15 Amy is jealous of the Dad’s relationship with his kids. She’s using the fact that he’s not their biological father to manipulate him by telling him continuously that the kids are not his responsibility because they are not legally his. Knowing how hurt he would be by OP not showing up with the grandbaby.; she made excuses about the bridge not being safe because she knew that OP wouldn’t/couldn’t go without the grandbaby and she knew it would end things with OP and her dad. It’s all a tactic to get dad to push the step kids away so she can have him for herself. It’s all about the stepmom’s selfishness.
I have been with my partner for 9 years we are not married. Have our daughter together a year in while also meeting his son from a previous relationship. We have now built a beautiful life together marriage is money and we wanted to live our dreams and goals together. IDC if we marry tomorrow or in 40 years from now btw I'd be 71 lol I just love my man and know he is my person, best friend, and soulmate as he reminds me often how I am his everything as well. The trust in the relationship is earned.
I'm the OP of that story! The mentioned grandma is my paternal grandma. Although she's a nightmare, my mom didn't have to deal with her until she married my dad.
@@bombdotcom2168 I am sorry you had to take on more responsibility than you should have. A testament to your efforts are your siblings understanding that you were the one to take care of them and show them love. I think you handle redirecting their speach to reflect your proper roll is perfect 🥰
Even if the daughter was fully aware she’s just an innocent bystander. However if her parents want to be like that they should pay for her party. Not leave it on the step mother
For the story about the woman who is wondering if she should have a child with a man that won't commit, I can totally understand her, I've discovered a few years back that I had a genetic disorder that cases me to start pre-menopause/menopause to start very young and if I did get pregnant I have a 50% chance of having a mentally disable (light to severe) child. By the time I learned this, my chances of being able to get pregnant were almost none existent (still had a very tinny chance). I have no partner and after a lot of consideration I decided to adopt a child on my own (I'm still waiting). However, this is where I differ from OP, I have no partner. It's true that coparenting can work, I've seen good example of this (such as my brother and his ex-wife), but you don't know the situation that might make you separate and depending on the why and the how, the coparenting might be terrible. Personally, I don't understand wanting to be with someone who does not have the same value as me. To me marriage is not that important (where I'm from, many couple simply stay together without marrying, we have laws that protect us even without marriage, though we don't have all the rights of a married couple). However, having children was always important to me, so I could never be with someone who doesn't want children, this is too important to me. If OP feels like the reason he doesn't want to marry her is because he doesn't want to commit and not because he simply doesn't believe that marriage is important in order to be committed, and to her that's important than I feel like being with this person is a waste of time. It might sound harsh and I'll get the "but they love each other", but love has to come with compromise and also an understanding and acceptance of the values of the other. To me I wonder how you can say you love someone even though they don't agree with your most fundamental values. So, though I can understand her for wanting a child even if she becomes a single parent, I don't understand how she can be with someone who obviously doesn't share or respect her important values. Anyway, sorry for the long comment, it's just how I feel for this situation.
About the story with the man and his mom wife, I left my whole life and moved to another country to be with him only to realise he is married to his mother. The only thing they didn't do was sex ... I am disgusted and honestly I took a huge hit on my confidence as a woman because of that. I hate every man's mother now and I feel disgusted every time I hear anyone lives with his mom
As an asexual i would be mad if my partner was messaging propositions behind my back. Openly discussing opening the relationship might be different but its the doing it without telling me that would bother me. I wouldnt date someone like this though so theres that too. LOL
It’s because usually if it’s your stepdad and there’s a divorce, their family don’t consider you family anymore after the divorce not in all cases, but in most The second story, the guy was just using her for her money and the daughter didn’t want to lose the lifestyle so she didn’t tell her stepmother what was going on Third story get back together, but don’t get remarried so then you can still just walk away at the end of the day if it don’t work out
As far as the first story goes and the comments about why you can't you catch some form of public transportation; like Riley I live in the south and in the country. There is no public transportation. I've been in a taxi once in my 34 years. That's when I went to Washington DC and it was the wildest experience for me. The closest large city with busses and subways is an hour and a half away. Where I live, if you see a tractor going down the road, it's nothing. If you see a taxi or even an Uber, it's shocking.
22:00 The new wife wanted to boot out the kids from his previous family. The step dad did not see the red flag waving in his face that she was being mean to his son. He chose his wife over family because all someone had to do was drive his very pregnant daughter and granddaughter to the wedding. It’s an hour away. I’m assuming because she has a lot of bill coming up for and maternity leave that they might not have the extra money for a while to pay for stuff like that. Just saying if OP and daughter were not there they wouldn’t need to crop out or chose picture without her to hang up in the house or post. It’s easy to pretend someone doesn’t exist when you have less reminders of them.
2:33:59 I think that since she's asexual she might think that no other men will accept her for who she really is since spicy sleep is so important for many people
It sounds like op doesn't know that everyone hates her daughter which leads me to believe her daughter is one of those bratty kids that no one wants to be around bc they're always screaming whining complaining and being disrespectful.
For the first story, I'm wondering if the brother got all weird because if he's living with the parents, they probably had a spit fit about her and threatened to kick him out if he sided with OP?
Where I live we have motor bikes, big buses, small buses, local taxi, Uber and about 3 other prominent taxi services, tricycles, boats and trains but public transportation is still terrible 🥲
My .husband and I got married on our 10th dating anniversary (give or take a few days, we were never 100% sure of that date). It was never really a priority for us and we didn't see marriage as the end all be all of commitment.
First story. Theory: Amy hates kids or wanted kids but had fertility issues so being around them bums her out. Menopause? She is def jealous that her hubby already has a family and just wants them out of the picture. Probably also jealous of his ex because clearly dad wasn’t happy about the divorce and might make Amy feel like he is just settling for her. OPs brother is her dad’s bio son.. cause brother is so much younger and OP didn’t know about dad being her stepdad until 9yo cause bio dad was never around. When dad mentions taking care of OPs brother.. he means that brother doesn’t want to live with his mom. I think OPs mom getting pregnant so young and being younger than dad, is also relevant. She lost out on her childhood and missed fun stuff in her youth, settled for OPs dad for safety and OPs dad is actually angry at OPs mom. He is alienating himself from OP (because she reminds him his ex taking advantage of him) and allowing Amy to poison his relationships with his kids.
Fellas... I've had Covid 3 times, it was absolutely awful each time (2nd was the WORST). I have Long Covid. It's no joke, MUCH better to have a flight canceled
Op didn't attend her father's wedding even when he fought for her to attend (op and her daughter attending wedding was not negotiable) and she backed up with some stupid excuse like" no ones driving her " and yet expect him to be there when she have kids ..... And about step dad's message of course her not attending his wedding might have hurt him. It even seems like she is choosing part of the story which show her in good light but i only get bad vibes from her. And even if this is the whole story i kinda feel like op is a bit a hole
OP with the stepdaughter changed up the names half way. At first she said Sarah 17 and ex Sandy 34. But later she called the ex Sarah. Confusion for the reader.
The daughter is probably getting spoiled as F by all these woman in his life trying to make a good impression on them .. I bet she’s getting parties, presents - taken out to eat, brought around here and there with her friends all to be “the cool mom” (ish) that’s probably why she isn’t saying anything it’s like cutting off the money trains 😅
people only listen to respond instead of actually listening, which is why y’all are struggling to understand what you’re reading. I still love y’all a lot and will always listen to you guys but come on pay attention at least a little bit every so often it’s not that hard to of got that she was saying “my ex” and telling a story of how he became an ex lol 😹😹😹
P.s I do love you guys - you provide a distraction to my depression just every so often I’m like.. do you guys focus on what you’re reading.. at all? 😅😂
Funny story.. my grandparents got married when they were very young (this was in the 50s.. when it was normal to get married young) They cheated on each other when they were in their late 20s.. they divorced and my grandmother remarried and my grandfather started dating. Not long after that, they cheated on their new partners with each other 🫠.. they realized they couldn’t stand being apart. Immediately after this, my grandmother divorced her new husband (I think they had only been married for a year if that) and my grandfather broke up with his new girlfriend and they got remarried to each other lol they’ve been happily married with literally NO issues with cheating for 60 years (in all). They are still love each other after all of this time. It is possible to make things work. If that person is sincere, takes responsibility for their actions, learns from their mistakes, and grows as a person, it is possible that it will work.

Sending all my love and well wishes to you and your loved ones. Stay strong and stay blessed.
MISSED YOU GUYS 😭
i am CRYINGGG at sofia’s breakdown of everything that makes no sense (21:19) 😭😂🤣
Riley right lol the only bus that ever came to my house was the school bus
The stories are not confusing yall just make it confusing with all the pausing and explaining stuff that doesn’t need to be explained…
I am really loving the Riley / Sophia combo “secret” videos as you guys say
It's wild to me that in the first story, the Aunt was like 'I'm saving your 4yr old from the big bad bridge, but our 4yr old is fine'
Also Amy is the epitome of evil stepmum and the stepdad really tirned villian by the end...
An asexual person being in a relationship with someone who isn't asexual is selfish because you expect loyalty and faithfulness while shorting them on their expectations in a relationship they give you everything you expect and you give them 60%
19:04 wait thought this was about op not her brother what is this all about now...
Why did she not tell the truth about what the fam was putting her and her daughter thru
20:53
This i think op is hiding something as they are leaving out A LOT
true, like what exactly was the supposed abuse? Like did she just not act like a mom or was there more?
Where I live we don't have alternative transportation except for a not great taxi service and for me, due to my disability I use Medicaid transportation that is vastly unreliable.
Yaaay John is back. I hope you’re back to health !
1:20:30 3 things: First, they got together at *14* years old. They had neither one ever been with anyone else or dated anyone else since they were *children.* This is not the same as people who meet as adults and one person decides they are bored. It's natural for one or both of them to wonder if they missed out. He screwed up and acted on it, but then:
2) He felt so guilty he immediately confessed.
Happy birthday 🎂 worm 🪱 queen 👸
Sophia watching tommyinnit and the Minecraft crew, you're so relatable because same
0:56 quick start
In Alaska a few years ago there was a mother walking across a bridge with her 4 year old son and somehow her 4 year old son fell over into the water and she dove in after him. Both of them died and were found downstream later. It's absolutely tragic.
😢 that is horrible omggg was the fall into freezing cold water and that's why they didn't survive or another reason?
Riley's rollercoaster was insane lmao but great
Happy Late Birthday Sofia 🥰🥰🎉🎈🎂 I hope it was amazing
Happy Birthday!!! 🥳🥳🥳
Hello from Smokey, Fairbanks, Alaska.
Sophia and John switch off after she read the title and he ends up reading a whole different story. Hope they loop back to read the first one. Sounded more interesting than another take back the cheating ex story.
Lmao. The worm queen demands busses!!
I just saw this so the worm queen is in team Cancer 😊🎉 mine is next Tuesday Happy late birthday Sophia 🎂
I’m actually going to the renaissance faire for my birthday! I’m so excited to dress up with all my friends
1:41:30 Girl, yes, that is crazy. You need to wait for Mr. Right. Not settle for Mr. Right-Now! 😅
The little girl having to be mom story; did she say who Grandma's a mom of? Because if it was her mom's, that is probably why the mom is using
I'm the OP of that story!
These guys' reading comprehension is the worst lmao
Can confirm. Vegan hotdogs are one of the nastiest things ever.
Anyway, sorry for the long comment, it's just how I feel for this situation.
happy bday sofia
I have the same mushroom sweater yessss!!
LOL
Charlotte is the petty potato queen! Lol
Knew immediately that Sophia was talking about Angela from star kid bc she’s a musical girlie
It’s because usually if it’s your stepdad and there’s a divorce, their family don’t consider you family anymore after the divorce not in all cases, but in most
The second story, the guy was just using her for her money and the daughter didn’t want to lose the lifestyle so she didn’t tell her stepmother what was going on
Third story get back together, but don’t get remarried so then you can still just walk away at the end of the day if it don’t work out
We don’t bring up Karl Malone, Reilly 😆😂
As far as the first story goes and the comments about why you can't you catch some form of public transportation; like Riley I live in the south and in the country. There is no public transportation. I've been in a taxi once in my 34 years. That's when I went to Washington DC and it was the wildest experience for me. The closest large city with busses and subways is an hour and a half away. Where I live, if you see a tractor going down the road, it's nothing. If you see a taxi or even an Uber, it's shocking.
That is so neat Charlotte Dobre is how I came across you guys
Riley needs to join the military.. The Green Beret.
I think op might be one of those mothers that doesn’t know how to control their kids and that’s why they don’t want her child there
Parentafied isn't a new word
Fellas... I've had Covid 3 times, it was absolutely awful each time (2nd was the WORST). I have Long Covid. It's no joke, MUCH better to have a flight canceled
if they want sarah's party then ask sandy to pay up
for stepdaughter bday party story
I’d go blue. I couldn’t spend that money in a month. I could still put a lot away.
Why did you change episodes?
I recently had my flight canceled and then caught Covid on my new flight, so... What do? 😅
Awesome
This stream just cements the need for a white board, maybe a digital overlay? Just to keep messy relationships straight!!
I think it's because he isn't bio-dad there lot of resentment by stepdad and especially his side of family. Situation is long rooted
To be fair, I love in Kissimmee Florida (Orlando area) and Public Transportation here is AWFUL. Very seldomly runs and VERY unreliable.
I would love to meet Charlotte, love her. I would love to meet all of you to.
First story, did I get the math right did a 20 year old father get a 15 year old mother pregnant?
Op didn't attend her father's wedding even when he fought for her to attend (op and her daughter attending wedding was not negotiable) and she backed up with some stupid excuse like" no ones driving her " and yet expect him to be there when she have kids .....
And about step dad's message of course her not attending his wedding might have hurt him.
It even seems like she is choosing part of the story which show her in good light but i only get bad vibes from her.
And even if this is the whole story i kinda feel like op is a bit a hole
59:57 you can say Angela, Sophia
OP with the stepdaughter changed up the names half way. At first she said Sarah 17 and ex Sandy 34. But later she called the ex Sarah. Confusion for the reader.
The daughter is probably getting spoiled as F by all these woman in his life trying to make a good impression on them .. I bet she’s getting parties, presents - taken out to eat, brought around here and there with her friends all to be “the cool mom” (ish) that’s probably why she isn’t saying anything it’s like cutting off the money trains 😅
I have pet insurance for my cats
I love Charlotte dobre
Good thing Sandy's not the mom cause she would have been 16 when Sarah was born and the dad would have 24
How are the people on live not correcting them?😂 their comments also seem lost😂
19:54 not the brother too….
1:19:00 You know what else is in the sea, John? Trash. TONS OF TRASH.
people only listen to respond instead of actually listening, which is why y’all are struggling to understand what you’re reading. I still love y’all a lot and will always listen to you guys but come on pay attention at least a little bit every so often it’s not that hard to of got that she was saying “my ex” and telling a story of how he became an ex lol 😹😹😹
P.s I do love you guys - you provide a distraction to my depression just every so often I’m like.. do you guys focus on what you’re reading.. at all? 😅😂
You guys are terrible at paying attention to the details 😂

So basically they had FOMO and would have been perfect from the start if they hadn't been forced to marry this fast initially 😉
Surfactant develops at 36 weeks. You need it to breathe outside the womb
