You could have had 4 effective rescue sides for almost all generates

Also, I think Bag of Holding was kinda useless in this run, assuming Cart was on somebody, because it brought your item slots from 3 -> 4, but costs an item slot in the process, effectively netting you +0 item slots. However, I think putting Bag of Holding + Cart on a cat would've netted more item slots. Bag is +2, Cart is -1, so (base) 2 + (Bag) 2 - (Cart) 1 = 2+2-1 = 3, aka you can hold this combo on a cat and put a third item on 'em too.

Adore these cat runs! Would love to see one without the rabdomized/generated items if possible so we can see more of the handcrafted level 10+ items Tann put in the game... rather than just the random combinations of lower items.

That's self-damage mandatory, an actively detrimental side used on Tinder who at least has a payout when it dies. You have to use it, and using it damages the hero.
