What nonsense to say that banks in Pakistan have excess funds to invest in government T bills. Pakistani banks prefer to lend to the government and deny loans to people for their business. There is risk in lending to the public and their banks are incapable or incompetent to evaluate risk and follow a safe path that lending to ever money hungry government.
