Exactly why Nick called her right away. Nick, Rosalee, Monroe, Juliette, not a single one of them cared about the priceless egg, all they cared about was the woman's wellbeing.
What weird stuff? The show was weird that's what made it so good 👍 I do gotta say the wesen were very bizarre and well yeah bizarre hehe but the plot was super good was sad it didn't keep going at least we have 6 seasons.
This has got to be one of the most amazing yet disturbing scenes of the entire show. PLEASE either renew it or make a that spinoff. (Teen Wolf is about to have both so why can’t Grimm?)
Because somebody destroyed Portland. That's why I keep rewatching the first season, they really show off Portland and surrounding areas that are so colorful. Especially downtown I thought that was a nice looking little town. They won't ever get that back.
this show was imaginative, cultural and interesting to watch it took chances and i feel they ended it too early! i wish they would come back this show has so much to give!
My guess is that the way the egg is made is by some gland seperates the gold particles that get inside her (food, air, theres technically eveeything everywhere) and compacts it all together. I bet that when it shatters 90% of it is so fine a dust you cant even collect it. My guess is your supposed to melt it down into useable gold
@@aidenharper6013only a pure gold would not be so valuable. There are not that much in there. And it probably is not so pure, considering how light it seems
@@NikkiSuperWhy should he? He's right; this show IS better than Supernatural. Supernatural had TERRIBLE writing and a lot of stuff made no sense, whereas here it's not hard to make sense of everything as long as you're watching it all in context.
Supernatural seasons 1-5 are way better than this show. It’s not even close. You can say whatever you want about the rest of Supernatural. I won’t defend it.
Honestly? Probably a lot, likely multiple incantations, spells, potions, and all that jazz that could require such an object in order to make or pull off, likely powerful ones at that if these stones are exceptionally rare.
Being from a supposedly extinct race and basicly one of a kind to a niche wealthy market of insiders? It's worth is not in the gold, just as the worth of a unique Ming vase is not in the porcelain.
Sooo... If it's mostly gold why would breaking it ruin the value? They want it for the gold not the shape no? Or is it magical gold that disappears if it's broken? Cuz that doesnt sound like gold or something very valuable outside of collectors.
Roaslee know Robin has something Up Robin throat and she said too Nick to cut the thing out of her and Be careful of the thing if nick said is Pob but he save Robin life
She said she didnt want it, that she never does. I mean can you imagine having a chunk of gold grow in your throat, people always trying to find you for it, and the fact it can kill you if not removed.'
"Is that nick? he called you? you called her??"
My man sounded like a hurt girlfriend, i love their bromance so much
Add that line as one to a list of Nick's best quotes when the fitting moment comes. "In order to make an omelet, you've got to brake a few eggs. "
*break
"Making the mother of all omelets, Jack. Can't fret over every egg." - Senator Armstrong
I love that Rosalee’s first question is about Robin. Shows how much she cares about people. 😊

Teen Wolf is getting a movie that only half the cast is coming back for so its not really a win....
@@davidcollver6155 Yeah but if it was a spin off it could be set in a less crappy city.
The first two seasons of this show especially this first season were just gold
I'm rewatching Grimm now because it's better than anything current and this was the episode I just watched. So amazing

I think it's meant to be an allusion to the fairytale they based the episode from.

Something tells me the "egg" is a valuable alchemy ingredient.

What does that thing do other than being gold?
That's pretty much it. It's just rare and valuable.
It's rare, super fragile, and valuable. A biological equivalent of Faberge Eggs
