- This relaxing storytelling with soothing female voice will help guide you into peaceful relaxation as you listen and visualize the magical imagery of the story. This sleep session begins with a short mini guided relaxation and then the story begins. Time stamps below for those who don't want the relaxation part. The soothing music continues on after the narration for an additional 30 minutes to support you in deepening your sleep. Please scroll down to read safety disclaimer.

This lovely tale is from China and is called "The Magic Brocade".
"Brocade" is woven cloth with raised patterns resembling embroidery. Though often confused with tapestry, it is made in an entirely different way. Brocade has been woven in China since at least the third century. There it is used for waistcoats, quilt covers, bedspreads, and other household items.

I fell asleep while I was listening to you yesterday night. In my dream, you were walking in the streets of an old town and telling your story. Each step you take, you left people fall asleep behind you. Everybody was just laying down happily wherever they were. I think this ASMR is intentional.
Epix I do agree with you...especially for those who know what ASMR is and purposely seek out bedtime story reading if soft reading is a trigger for them :) However there are many people who don't know about ASMR. They enjoy the bedtime stories for its relaxing and tingly effect without realizing the reason they enjoy it is because they are experiencing ASMR. So perhaps it can be both depending on whose watching. This is my opinion of course and it's ok to share our views :) Thanks for commenting!

@@relaxforawhile Thank you, yes I know. This is actually just for me ☺️🤭. So that I can go directly to the story. You have a beautiful voice, and I fall asleep listening to it. But for some reason, I feel very stressed out in the guided relaxation part no matter who I'm listening to, I dont know why. I have so much trouble relaxing, that when I hear, "relax" etc., I feel the opposite.
Why did you remove the leather jacket videos? The one with hand movements made my eyes heavy and helped me fall asleep, often. Please re-upload it❤ I hope you are safe and healthy!
