Love the trip. When my daughter-in-love first joined our family my brother walked around the house telling about the people in the pictures. One was an especially pretty lady and he had a wonderful story about her.The only problem was mother had left the pic in that came with the frame ! Our family trees may be in the same forest!😊🐑
Just came across this video and thoroughly enjoyed watching your junkin trip. Would have loved to been there, too. I was born and raised about 50 miles from this area. Refreshing to see true Southerners. I live in metro Atlanta. Very unusual to find a native born Southerner there. Its overrun by people from up north who love it because there is practically no snow! Loved all that vintage stuff there.

OMGOSH, I enjoyed your video. I just moved back to NC from Leeds. My daughter teaches school in Trussville and my son in law teaches at a Montessori School in Hoover. They live in Leeds. I love that you enjoy collecting beautiful pieces of embroidery that someone had taken hours and hours to complete. Only people that admire that art still do it. That piece is beautiful. I clean a home that has silhouettes on one of their landings on their staircase. All are in black or gold frames and my OCD makes me straighten all 28 of them whenever I clean. It is a great idea for a gallery wall. So I will look forward to your collection growing. Children’s books are sweet. They don’t take up space and are a perfect item. Again, illustrations in those old books are precious. Thanks for the ride a long and sharing your haul.❤️Leslie
